The price is affordable. The hotel is near MRT station and foodies. The staffs are helpful. I like staying here.

This hotel location is great! Just 5min walking distance to nearest mrt station (Bruno Vista) and Rochester mall. We were accommodated with high floor (15th) with great city view. In front of the hotel is undergoing a building construction, so during weekday it would be facing some noise I guess. Overall is value for money and we are having good experience by living in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of times. I love the location as it is out from the busyness of the town. Nearby Star Vista where you can shop and dine. Nearby MRT station for your easy access to commute. Overall was a good stay.

Very nice area to live as it's conveniently located nearby to Buona Vista MRT stn, Star Vista convention center, famous Ghim Moh Food Court, Restaurants & Bars at Holland Village, NUS & NUH.

Everytime I come to this hotel, it gets worse and worse. Now there is even construction right in front of the hotel

The location of the hotel is very good, it’s close to MRT station, it has a nice shopping mall nearby, staff are friendly too. It’s just the shower did not keep a constant temperature easily, anyhow the water pressure was fine.

Reception staff are very efficient. Room spotlessly clean. Walking distance from Buona Vista mrt . Close to Star Vista mall.

Love it! Only few things that me and my partner don’t really like - shower takes a while to get hot - aircon somehow is still freezing even though we turn it off - TV isn’t a smart TV - downstairs restaurant isn’t very clean when we were there (Cali) Everything else is pretty good! - service is great, Recep is really kind and sweet - room was really cozy - bed was so comfy - room is big enough for us!

Service and cleanliness were top notch.wrote in to ask for an early check in as I was checking out early and they delivered. Not only that also got a free room upgrade and a whole bunch of snacks prepared for us.everythkng was good and both my husband and I love it there.would definitely return again!Masmira at the check in counter was super friendly too and help us out with our checking in.checking in was a breeze.thanm you masmira and team at Rochester park avenue hotel

Overall stay was okay. Mall is directly opposite the hotel and have easy access to food. Not much to say, decent stay, decent place, decent price.

I went for my wedding anniversary staycation with husband and they surprise us with a free upgrade into one bedroom suite. They so sweet that handwritten a card for us and deco our bedroom. Overall the room and toilet are very clean, they also resolve problem very quickly. Will definitely book this hotel again

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay. Only blot was the bathtub seems to be leaking. Couldn't find the crack despite having closed up the drain hole.
