La camera era fantastica. Il personale era molto gentile e la camera era pulita e ordinata. pulito! L'esperienza dell'alloggio è molto buona, consigliata! ! Soprattutto il personale: Andrew, Shannen e Ryan sono molto gentili e disponibili. Quando ho fatto il check-in, non avevo un convertitore e non potevo caricarlo. Il personale di servizio mi ha prontamente inviato un convertitore.

Ottima posizione per soggiornare, vicino alla stazione mrt city hall. La maggior parte delle località turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi da qui. Ci sono alcuni bar nelle vicinanze. Il check-in è stato semplice, ci hanno davvero aiutato molto. Camera spaziosa, pulita e completa di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per il tuo soggiorno. Andrew, Shahnen e Ryan sono molto disponibili e rispondono sempre velocemente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Quando prenoti una camera in questo hotel, tieni presente: ⁃ Tutte le camere sono diverse, le fotografie non sono pertinenti e non riflettono la stanza in cui ti troverai. È impossibile prevedere il posizionamento e la presenza delle finestre. Potresti pagare più del dovuto per una foto più bella della stanza e finire nell'armadio. Quindi abbiamo pagato per una categoria di classe superiore (nella foto c'era una stanza con una finestra) e in più abbiamo chiesto una stanza con una finestra, che è mostrata nella scheda e nelle recensioni. Ci è stato subito detto che quel numero di una classe diversa non è ancora disponibile (perché vengono visualizzate foto irrilevanti e irrilevanti?). Di conseguenza, vivevamo in una stanza dove le finestre erano molto piccole, vicino al soffitto, coperte con pellicola bianca e sigillate: questa può essere chiamata finestra solo in modo condizionale. ⁃ La “cripto-burocrazia” è inevitabile. In tre giorni dovrai scaricare l’applicazione, registrarti per il check-in, scattare foto ai passaporti degli ospiti, inserire i dati e versare la caparra. Aspetterai la conferma il giorno successivo. Il giorno dell'arrivo non potrete completare questa procedura in anticipo, dovrete avvicinarvi all'hotel almeno 500 metri; Stando nella hall, proverai a connetterti al Wi-Fi e attenderai che la tua foto venga elaborata. Non funziona senza Bluetooth. La comunicazione con l'host avviene solo tramite WhatsApp. Ripetere tutto da capo se il secondo, terzo, ecc. ospite ha bisogno della chiave della camera. Un ostile “menù raffinato” su foglio A4 ti aspetterà nella tua camera. Letteralmente, ma in modo intelligibile. Ma non vergognatevi, se potessimo scegliere, torneremmo di nuovo qui: l'hotel è nel cuore della città, condividendo una strada laterale con Raffles. La stanza è pulita, tutto funziona, c'è aria secca. La comunicazione con l'host è molto veloce, non ti lasceranno mai nei guai. La biancheria è inclusa nel prezzo, viene fornito il detersivo. Niente più contro, solo vantaggi. I due aspetti negativi che ho menzionato potrebbero essere la (in)ospitalità locale e la scarsa esperienza dell'utente non sono perdonati, ma certamente non eliminano il fascino dell'hotel. Comunque lo consigliamo!

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection at Seah. The location is perfect. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Davina who is really helpful. I love the place which has a very high ceiling and is spotlessly clean. Although the building is a heritage shophouse, they have a lift inside! The unit is nicely decorated and has all the things I need.  I definitely will return next time when I come to Singapore.

Stayed for 4D3N here with a family member, amazing service by Shannen, Mae, Divina and Ryan 🫶🏻🩷✨️ The location was slightly confusing since it's very close to a restaurant, but Shannen came to assist us for temporary storage as we wait for check-in time. Everyone promptly gave us assistance when needed and prepared detailed instructions on getting the digital key for our stay. Definitely recommended for young travelers, not really suitable for family + kids.

This is my mom's first overseas trip. I had a hard time finding good accommodation, but fortunately, it was great to meet good accommodation and good accommodation staff mae, shannen, divina, and rhan. It was an unforgettable trip for me. Hotel conditions were clean, spacious and affordable. If I visit Singapore next time, I will stay here.😆

I'm thrilled to say my stay here surpassed all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The check-in process was okay! The amenities were fantastic, from the efficient air conditioning to the smart TV and the water heater. The only minor downside was the absence of complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush and the soundproofing could be improved, but it hardly detracted from the overall experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful stay last night. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time there and am very satisfied with my experience.will come again 😍

We had a great stay overall! The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The room was bit small for family set up. And small concern was the bathroom curtain, which had a bit of an odor. However, this didn’t impact our stay too much.

The property is super clean, with very responsif staff. I have problem with digital key to open front door,they provide me physical key and working well. Well done Andrew, Shannen and Ryan for your hospitality and assistance during my stay, we keep in touch during my stay to ask if I am okay

Great location and has all the amenities despite being in a small compact room with a loft bedroom. The team, including Andrew and Shannen, guided us through the online checkin process and made sure we had everything we needed when we were there.

Clean and safe, good service and price, easy to go anywhere by subway. Best choice for budget around this price.
