Heritage Collection on Seah - Mobile App Check-In

Great location to stay, near city hall mrt station. Most of tourist lacation just walking distance from here. There is a few cafes nearby. Check in process was smooth, they really help us a lot. Spacious room, clean and complete with what u need for your stay. Andrew, Shahnen and Ryan are very helpful, and always fast response to reply. Definately will stay here again!

При заказе номера в этом отеле, имейте в виду: ⁃ Все номера разные, фотографии не относимые, не отображают тот номер, в котором вы окажетесь. Предугадать размещение, наличие окон невозможно. Можете переплатить за более приятную картину номера и оказаться в кладовке. Так, мы оплатили категорию выше классом (на фото был номер с окном) и дополнительно попросили номер с окном, который итак изображен в карточке и отзывах. Нам сразу сказали, что тот номер иного класса и ныне не доступен (почему неактуальные и не относимые фото вообще выставляются?). В итоге, мы жили в номере, где окна были совсем маленькие, под потолком, заклеенные белой пленкой и запаянные — такое можно назвать окном лишь условно. ⁃ «Крипто-бюрократия» неизбежна. За три дня вы будете должны скачать приложение, чек-инититься, фоткать паспорта гостей, вводить данные, оплачивать залог. Следующие сутки вы будете ожидать подтверждение. В день заезда вы не сможете завершить этот процесс заранее, придется подходить к отелю на не менее 500 метров. Стоя уже в холле вы будете пытаться подключиться к вайфаю, ждать обработки своего фото. Без блютуса не работает. Общение с хостом только в вотсапе. Повторить все заново, если ключ от номера нужен второму, третьему итд гостю. В номере вас будет ждать недружелюбное «меню штрафов» на лист А4. Буквально, зато доходчиво. Но не смущайтесь, если бы у нас был выбор, мы бы сюда вернулись снова: отель находится в самом сердце города, делит сторону улицы с Рафлс. В номере чисто, все работает, есть усушитесь воздуха. Общение с хостом очень быстрое, в беде никогда не бросят. Прачечная входит в стоимость, есть стиральный порошок. Никаких больше минусов, одни плюсы. Два минуса, которые я назвал, могут быть местной особенностью (не)гостеприимства и плохим опытом пользователя, не прощаются, но точно не устраняют привлекательность отеля. Все-таки, рекомендуем!

1 fantastic location, middle of chjimes, raffles city, suntec city, bugis, marina sq. 2 esplanade mrt and city hall mrt within walking distance. 3 checkin is easy and sustainability is right on point. this establishment is working towards the right path for sustainability 4 room is small but good enough for a 3d stay. appletv, airplay available. not sure for android. 5 special thanks to Stella for being ultra friendly and helpful with our luggage and queries. 6 plus point, next door have a great taco restaurant and its pretty good 7 here for the Poptoyshow!

We had such a lovely time staying at Heritage Collection on Seah! 💛 The location is super convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and cozy. What made our stay extra special was the amazing team — thank you Mae, Divina, and Stella for being so sweet and helpful! 🥰 You always replied so quickly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The room was cute, clean, and perfect for our short trip. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Singapore. Sending hugs to the team! 🌟

We stayed for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a short stay. Location was excellent — close to food spots and attractions. A big thank-you to Stella, Divina, and Yani for their warm hospitality and efficient service! They were super helpful and responded quickly to all our questions on WhatsApp, which made everything so easy and smooth. Highly recommend Heritage Collections at Seah Street for a comfortable stay and wonderful service.

Pretty good - the location is great, within walking distance to City Hall and Suntec City, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Cleanliness is good too. The amenities are thoughtful, as they provide just the right amount of toilet paper for a 4-night stay. I like the room design, especially the staircase leading up to the bed - it’s unique and fun. I would definitely book it again.
