位置難找、入住艱難、螞蟻成羣、安全隱患——強烈不推薦!
1. 酒店位置與訊息嚴重缺失
• Apple / Google Maps 均搜不到酒店。
• 代理平台顯示的地址錯誤,酒店名稱在其他渠道完全查不到。
2. 無人前台 + BUG 不斷的網上入住
• 到店時前台空無一人,衹能在建築外苦等激活電子鑰匙。
• 網上入住流程多次崩潰,房間電子門鎖失靈,被鎖在門外。
3. 房間衞生極差(重要)
• 牆面與桌面佈滿螞蟻,螞蟻沿牆面爬到了二樓,形成多條線路,剛進房間放下行李就被螞蟻入侵!閣樓上佈滿細小蜘蛛網!建築牆體漆料質量差,導致形成空洞進入螞蟻!投訴竟被要求上門消殺後繼續住同一間房。
4. 安全隱患
• LOFT 樓梯上方畫框鬆動,容易撞到,釘子外露。
• 若手機沒電或無網絡,就無法回房,且現場無任何工作人員。有幫助機器位於前廳,然而如果沒有電子鑰匙,則根本無法進入建築內,衹能被關在街邊!
5. 退款遭拒
• 要求退房+全額退按金被告知“嚴格不可取消、不可退款”。
補充:酒店郵件回覆聲稱
• “我們剛開業,地址正等待地圖更新。”
• “我們是數字公寓,無現場前台,已事先電郵説明。”
• “可遷至另一間公寓,但仍執行不可退款政策。”
• 然而,對於螞蟻氾濫與安全隱患僅口頭致歉,並無實質補償或整改。
結論:已自行轉住他處。若在意衞生與安全,請避雷!
另外:3星級,按金奇高,竟然要200SGD,且如果不能網上綁國際卡付款,就無法入住,直接損失全款房費!

1. Severely Inadequate Location Information
• The hotel cannot be found on Apple or Google Maps.
• The address shown on agency platforms is incorrect, and the hotel name is untraceable elsewhere.
2. No Front Desk + Bug-ridden Online Check-in
• When I arrived, there was no staff on site; I had to wait outside the building just to activate the mobile key.
• The online check-in process crashed repeatedly, and the electronic door lock malfunctioned, leaving me locked out.
3. Extremely Poor Room Hygiene (Critical)
• Walls and desk were swarming with ants. They climbed up the walls to the second floor, forming several trails; the moment I set down my luggage, ants invaded!
• Fine cobwebs spread across the loft area.
• Inferior wall paint has left voids that allow ant entry.
• When I complained, I was told pest control would come, after which I was expected to stay in the same room.
4. Safety Hazards
• The picture frame above the loft stairs is loose and at head level; exposed nails are visible.
• If your phone dies or you have no internet, you cannot re-enter the room, and there is no staff on site. There is a help kiosk in the lobby, but without a mobile key you cannot even get inside the building—you’ll be stranded on the street.
5. Refund Denied
• My request for a full refund of room charges and deposit was rejected under a “strict non-cancellable, non-refundable” policy.

Hotel’s email response claimed:
• “We have just opened, and our address is awaiting map updates.”
• “We are a digital aparthotel with no on-site reception; this was explained by email in advance.”
• “We can move you to another apartment, but the non-refundable policy still applies.”
• Yet the ant infestation and safety hazards were met with apologies only—no real compensation or remediation.
Conclusion: I have already moved to another property at my own expense. If you care about cleanliness and safety, steer clear!
Additional note: Despite being only a 3-star property, the deposit is absurdly high at SGD 200, and if you cannot link an international card online, you cannot check in—resulting in an immediate loss of the full room fee.
