C'è uno strano odore nel corridoio, diverso da ogni piano. L'odore rancido nella piscina del 4° piano è comprensibile. C'è uno strano odore di caldo e umido nel corridoio del 6° piano. La qualità della reception deve essere migliorata. Ho prenotato una camera con cena in hotel. Quando ho fatto il check-in ho chiesto alla reception. Mi hanno detto solo di andare in un ristorante cinese. Sono andato lì alle 7 . Hanno detto che dovevo aspettare fino alle 8:30 per mangiare. Ho chiesto di fare le valigie e di tornare in camera per mangiare. La risposta In realtà non funziona❌. Faccio fatica a capirlo: non è solo una questione di comodità alloggiare e mangiare in albergo? Cosa significa non poter fare le valigie e tornare a casa a mangiare? Inoltre l'hotel e Ctrip hanno detto che si può scegliere di mangiare nei ristoranti cinesi e in quelli occidentali, ma la reception dell'hotel mi ha detto che posso andare solo al ristorante cinese, non è chiaro se sia un problema dell'hotel o la reception. Ctrip era abbastanza responsabile e in seguito ha rimborsato direttamente la tariffa del pasto.

Such a good location n the hotel is right in the cnetre of a shopping mall with a wide variety of shops n restaurants n supermarkets .

Good location but the hotel check in process is a little slow and they don’t have special parking rate for hotel guest, will have to pay for the parking about 50 dollars a night

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.
