I had the most disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was far from what was advertised. First, the room had a foul smell coming from the toilet that was unbearable. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout my stay, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The service was abysmal. The staff were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They not only failed to resolve my issues but also lied to the Trip.com agent when I raised a complaint. Instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, they tried to cover up their incompetence. The bed in my room was filthy, with visibly stained sheets and an overall unclean feel. I tried to overlook it initially, but after 6 hours stay, I woke up with a rash all over my skin. It was clear that the bedding was not properly cleaned or sanitized. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they barely acknowledged the issue and offered no meaningful solution. I ended up cutting my stay short and leaving, as I didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there another night. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. Save your money and avoid the frustration—stay somewhere else!

The staff were nice to answer our request for something lovely to celebrate my anniversary. Everything was great except our room had this weird smell which we couldn't seem to find out where it was coming from.

Last minute booking for 1 night at a reasonable SG price (just $100 plus) with nice hallways, a clean and cozy room (compact though and tiny space to pray) and a halal desserts place open right in front till wee hours of the morning!! Amazing coffee place right next door opens in the morning. 5mins walk to bus stops and mrt stations. Left my prayer wear and mat by accident and was able to contact via phone. Collected it back from the hotel even as late as a month later. So thankful.

Convenient location. Only 2 mins walk from the bus stop. Small room and might not be a soundproof room but it was fine for me. The room has basic amenities you need. Polite staff. Need 100 SGD for deposit. You will get it back on the check out date.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. I really appreciate the service guys at the reception gave me , the room I wear putted was with mold wall at the head side, so I could not stay in there and asked them to change, and they kindly upgraded my room without money. So I’m thankful to reception team. God bless you.

Great place to stay! Really nice location (the subway, the attractions), plenty of places to eat The staff is so helpful 🤍 Would recommend this place for sure 🙌🏻

No electricity around 8am (before check out). No complimentary soap/toiletries aside from tissue. But the place is clean and big. very near at Legoland

I've been thoroughly impressed by the hospitality of the male staff at this hotel. In fact, I'd highly recommend it to solo travelers like myself, as it's incredibly convenient to get around Singapore. The location is perfect for exploring the city without breaking a sweat.

You got my first impression. It was good and clean. I got upgraded to King bed room it was very nice 😊 The staff are nice and kind and service mind.
