Hotel in zona Changi Baptist Church, Singapore

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

Questo è il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato e per questo motivo non tornerò mai.La mia stanza era al quinto piano. Stavo per dormire alle 12 dopo essere tornato dal concerto di tour, ma proprio quando sono andato a dormire profondamente, ho iniziato a sentire le porte che stava soffiando (chiusa) suono. E ricordatevi, il suono di Bang è così alto che fa ur battere il cuore e si può sentire che il muro è vibrante. E si è verificato ogni pochi minuti, durato fino al passato 1. Non solo questo, ci sono e fuori rumore di cose che cadono in profondità sul pavimento come se qualcuno cadesse i loro bagagli. Sono riuscito a dormire dopo le due e dopo le cinque mi svegli di nuovo il rumore. Non sono riuscito a riposare correttamente durante il mio soggiorno. Ti lascio decidere se questo è puramente basso suono + inconsiderare ospiti o insultato. A parte questo, devo applaudire il buon servizio del personale dell'hotel, che è stato molto utile in tutto - da aiutare a immagazzinare i bagagli, portami il modo di prendere l'autobus pubblico a morte, chiamare il conducente per il servizio di navetta a morte. Per coloro che hanno prenotato questo posto per la loro navetta, non è del tutto promettente, perché il conducente sembra sempre non disponibile. Senza la navetta, potrebbe essere un lungo passo fino al collasso. La stanza non era molto pulita, vedo i capelli e le sporche sulle foglie, ma il resto era a posto. Anche se il personale merita una cinque stelle, non rivederei questo posto.

Fai eccezione ma soltanto la posizione che è decisamente Decentrata o comunque in una zona piuttosto povera e poco servita da bar, oppure una ristorazione e internazionale o grandi alberghi mentre occorre fare un po' di strada per raggiungere i punti più importanti della città almeno per quelli da me visitati per i restò una stanza ed è un hotel molto moderno e dignitosa

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything! It was close to all the major places of interest, making sightseeing so convenient. There were plenty of great food options nearby as well, ranging from local eateries to restaurants, so I never had to worry about finding a good meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. They truly went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. One unique feature I loved was the self-paid laundry service available on-site. It was super convenient and added to the overall ease of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and value!

La prima scelta per soggiornare in questo hotel è perché si trova subito dopo la stazione MRT di Lavender. È molto comodo per i trasporti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti per colazione, pranzo, cena e spuntini a tarda notte, nonché McDonald's e un supermercato tradizionale , trasporti convenienti, ristoranti convenienti e viaggi veloci da e per le attrazioni turistiche. È un hotel consigliato e ci tornerò la prossima volta che andrò a Singapore. In allegato sono presenti alcune foto del paesaggio urbano scattate dall'ultimo quindicesimo piano dell'hotel. .

L'hotel si trova a Lavender, conosciuta anche come stazione ”Lavender”, ahah😄. Si trova sulla linea verde est-ovest della metropolitana, due fermate a ovest c'è la stazione del Palazzo del Governo, e il trasporto è molto conveniente. Vale la pena ricordare che questo hotel è l'hotel più vicino a Little India🇮🇳 e Little Malay (Sultan Mosque🕌️)🇲🇾.

La dimensione della camera è più grande di altre camere a Singapore. E' molto pulita e il personale è molto utile. Il buffet ha una buona varietà di cibo, sicuramente ritornerà quando visitaremo Singapore di nuovo.
