La camera è molto grande e ci sono piatti extra, sempre un plus! Bella bagno e doccia. Grande guardaroba con cassaforte. Cassaforte per tè e caffè nella stanza, con zucchero e crema. Il ristorante sul sito era molto buono, abbiamo cenato lì. Il personale è carino. Parcheggio gratuito in tutta la strada. In un posto strano, una sorta di centro con l'ingresso nel centro. Molto comodo. Solo negativo è stato le luci sono un po' dimmi, ma la stanza ha un balcone!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, la camera per 3 era essenziale ma molto spaziosa, i letti comodi, tuttavia l'area del bagno non ha porta, il wc e la doccia hanno entrambi una porta di vetro attraverso la quale puoi vedere totalmente e ascoltare tutto, molto imbarazzante ! L'hotel è molto grande e il cibo è ottimo, colazione, cena, bevande - tutto bello e non troppo costoso. Il servizio non era buono, la nostra camera non era pronta quando siamo arrivati, e quando finalmente siamo arrivati, il terzo letto non era pronto (anche senza asciugamani), il pagamento della colazione era molto frenetico, e finalmente quando ha piovuto non ci aprivano il cancello per entrare nel parcheggio perché “il parcheggio è allagato”, dopo 5 (!) chiamate al citofono siamo riusciti ad entrare e abbiamo trovato una piccola pozzanghera, nemmeno vicino ad un allagamento (La nostra altra macchina non era nemmeno bagnata!). Era davvero stupido e maleducato e semplicemente superfluo.

We stayed here for a night and it’s basic and fine. The breakfast just had the necessities like some eggs, bread, cheese, ham, etc. but it was good. They also had a nice coffee machine so if you want to drink a cappuccino you can! While the breakfast area was small, it was enough to seat quite a few guests. When we arrived (I believe it was around 8:30am) there were tables that were not cleared yet and during our breakfast only one of those tables was cleared and cleaned which is something they could improve so the guests don’t have to stare at trash all the time. The room did not have a fan or an airconditioning, which is fine, but we also could not open the windows at night because they did not have screens and there were quite a lot mosquitoes and other unwelcome guests waiting to get into our room. The windows were also extremely dirty which is quite disgusting since they open inwards. The beds were clean and the mattress was soft and surprisingly comfortable! The bathroom had soap and showergel/conditioner attached to the wall and the showerhead was small but powerful. For the elderly there was a chair in the shower so you could sit down. The towels were clean and there were two shower towels per person. (the smell in the room also gave away a lot of elderly stay there) The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful so for people wanting to cycle or hike its perfect. Outside the hotel is a seating area where you can drink something. The seats were comfortable and there was plenty of shade. While you drink your cold beverage you can enjoy the view of a small lake and fountain separating the hotel from a main road. We read online this was a 2 star hotel but it was worth 4 stars. In our opinion everything was fine but compared to other 2 and 3 star hotels we stayed at it is definitely not worth 4 stars. Definitely a hotel to consider for an event so you basically only have to sleep there. È passato un po' da quando ho visitato un hotel dove non c'era niente da migliorare. Ma Chateau St. Gerlach era un hotel perfetto. Prenotammo un appartamento a 2 camere e l'appartamento era spazioso e accogliente e, soprattutto, pulito e completo. Una camera da letto sul pavimento e 2 camere da letto in alto. Belle bagni con sacchetti da bagno per uomini e donne. Belle letti morbide, e il prezzo è stato un ottimo valore per i soldi. Ci è stato un grande colazione e il personale è stato molto proattivo, molto utile. L'hotel dispone di un'ottima struttura per la piscina e un'eglise in un ambiente alberghiero molto bella. Le aree dell'hotel sono grandi ma ben tenute, e le colline di Valkenburg e alcune grandi aree da camminare sono circostanti. E non ero l'unico che era eccitato, mia moglie e la mia famiglia erano altrettanto emozionati. Penso che se vuoi davvero trattarti quando sei a sud della provincia di Limburg, nei Paesi Bassi, questo è certamente il posto da essere. Penso che questo posto sarà nelle mie top 5 migliori alberghi personali che ho mai dormito. Una raccomandazione del 100% da parte tua veramente. Non posso aspettare di tornare a questo hotel in futuro.

Bellissima struttura ma mancante di personale e calore. Check in col computer, entri in un corridoio spettrale, ma poi camera pulita e funzionale. TV molto grande ma con pochissimi canali peraltro non internazionali e con l’impossibilità di collegare devices con HDMI. Il ristorante ha spesso un solo dipendente che malgrado per il Cliente ci siano appositi utensili, tocca tutto con le sue mani dal pane alle brioches ai soldi in cassa. Peraltro per essere così dislocato da altre attività……può il ristorante chiudere alle 20? Possono iniziare a fare pulizie o cambiare lampadine durante l’orario di apertura? Si può molto migliorare

Ensure airco in the rooms & ventilation in the bathroom. The room was far too hot/humid. We didn't sleep at all, which doesn't fit the price-range of these rooms. We look back at a great stay, spent a lot, but the lack of airco didn't make us feel to come back or recommend your hotel. We heard you are working on it...
