We requested them to provide anniversary cake through trip.com request options. But they didn't provide us. Otherthan this everything is good.

Price too high for this hotel, small room, food were cold and there was construction outside the balcony!

The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They upgraded our room with incredible view, excellent service and relaxing environment. We were really pleased to stay at Dusit Thani and also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended :)

Worst experience at a 5 star resort. Toilet door is damaged. Toilet spray is damaged. Window lock is damaged. TV is not working, got it fixed twice. Very least experienced staffs. Hospitality not as expected. Atleast the amount you are charging, we expect 10% hospitality of the charge. Thank you for making it not worthy.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Resort in the Himalayas was nothing short of extraordinary, and much of that is thanks to the incredible Roshan. He truly made our experience unforgettable. From the breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains to the intimate setting with few guests around, we were able to enjoy multiple yoga and sound healing sessions with Roshan, which were both relaxing and rejuvenating. Roshan also guided us on an amazing visit to a nearby monastery, where we had a unique and profound experience with local women and monks. His mindfulness practices, attention to detail, and most of all, his kind and genuine nature made all the difference. The resort itself is exceptional. The rooms are of the highest standard, and the food is simply delicious. The front desk went above and beyond, even checking on us late at night when the restaurant was closing to see if we needed room service—a true testament to their outstanding customer service. Housekeeping was impeccable, and we treated ourselves to the spa, which was also a highlight. They even allowed us to create our own massage oil blend to suit our preferences, a special touch that made the experience even more personalized. The pool and jacuzzi area, overlooking the Himalayas, is one of the most impressive we’ve ever seen. Dusit Thani Resort is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed, but what made it exceptional was Roshan. His warmth and impeccable service turned our stay into something truly memorable. Thank you to Dusit Thani and especially Roshan for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and hospitality ! We were welcomed by staff and de-briefed in resort and facility . Resort itself is in spectacular location and view is one of the best in Kathmandu with panaromic view of hills and mountains , looking through infinity pool ,where r spend most of time and were pampered by wonderful hospitality and warm hearted staffs . One of best was Roshan ji sound healing meditation -“ must do “ to de-stress yourself . We went into deep sleep with well trained massage -of all different massage option , we did signature Thai massage and really went into clouds ! Of course can’t forget spa and steam to rejuvenate yourself ! I would recommend everyone to visit this heavenly place in land ! Will come back for sure !

Hospitality was top notch. Rooms were cosy but we booked valley view rooms so the view from the room was not the best. Snacks, dinner were delicious and had too many varieties. Touched and humbled with the gestures shown by the chef himself. All the staffs were great and kind. Will definitely revisit. And very much recommended.
