One block away from train drop off on Blair and 12th and 2 blocks to the center of down town. 2155 square feet home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, lots of natural light, large family and dining area, and a tv room upstairs. The space : The house is walking distance to restaurants and breweries, hiking trails, 4X4 trails, rivers, skiing and the train. Guest Access: Door key code will be sent by 4pm on arrival day. Rentals for OHV’S, Jeeps, Golf Carts,Bikes, are all within a few blocks. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.Not a child proofed home, but kiddos welcome!.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Please no smoking of any kind on the property.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Cute house, spacious, great location
Loved staying at this lovely historic home. The bedrooms are large, big living/dining room and well laid out kitchen. Everything is walking distance and the hosts are super easy to work with.

Nice place for 6 adults
Comfortable, clean home with a great location and plenty of parking for trucks and utv trailers in front and on the east side of the property.
Perhaps a queen bed instead of the double would work better when it’s all adults is in order.
The pellet stove was inop and owner asked us not to use it, so hopefully that gets repaired soon, but ni e place and nice host!

3 king beds and 1 queen…..awesome
Almost perfect place to stay. 2 blocks from downtown. Loved the Avalanche bar/grill and many wonderful boutiques. People were friendly. Only thing I’d add would be 2 more bedroom TVs. The antique furniture was awesome!!!! Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities.

Perfect Location for a Silverton adventure
The home was perfect for our group of friends staying in town for a ski trip. Very clean large living rooms and beds were new and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Haven
The Cozy Mountain Home in Silverton was the perfect place for us! We were in town for an event and the home provided a comfortable place for our varied group. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the dining area was a great place to end the day together.
