So when we got there the staff was okay but they kept forgetting some key point. The room had very uncomfortable beds. Also it says that it’s a smoke free property put that was not the case because on the last day it’s smelled so bad

The room was roomy, comfortable and clean and somewhat updated nicely. We appreciated having breakfast and laundry service available

my Husband and i stayed there for our 37th wedding anniversary it was a nice room the Bed was a bit hard but and it was a loud night we heard the cars outside even when all windows were closed but other than that it was a good stay.

The bed was comfortable. But be careful, they charged me $84 for the use of the towels, which they did not aend pictures to confirm i damaged the towels

The bed were really noisy, the bathroom door had black mold on it, the walls of the room had brown stains where the wall paper met, the balcony door needs repairs or replacing as it is heavy to move. The balcony also doesn’t look very safe to be on.

Edward super squeaky. Our bath was crappy toilet didn’t work right in microwave was busted.

Wifi was very hard to connect to, it kept dropping off, and wifi password changed daily. Had to contact front desk to get new password. Water was brown, and water main broke so we did not have toilet or shower second day.

Service was so pleasant and friendly. The staff was very efficient. The breakfast was really good with many options.

If you try to call front desk from your phone prior to your stay , it’s impossible!only reservation will pick up ! The parking lot is very tight . I was very concerned my car getting hit by another car by.
