Laundry detergent is provided. OFFICE Located off of the kitchen, we’ve converted the dining area to be used as an office. Need more sleeping space? There’s a queen pullout sleeper sofa located in this room as well! Note there are no doors on this office, it’s connected to the living room & kitchen. PRIMARY BEDROOM Located upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has a memory foam king mattress and 32" smart TV. GUEST BEDROOM 1 Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and 32" smart TV. GUEST BEDROOM 2 Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. BATHROOMS There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom. PARKING There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not permitted. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only. SECURITY For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).All pets (2 max) must be included in booking..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No unregistered guests or unregistered pets.
