We booked the hotel after looking at the pictures of the room. After reaching the hotel me and my wife had to wait for 20-30 mins as the room was not yet ready. The hotel authority was not aware enough about our booking, nor bothered to call us before our arrival. We were surprised to see the room that was allocated to us. It was in such a pathetic conditon. It was nothing like as shown. We were quiet misled and taken aback by the situation. The room had only a bed with a hard mattress and stained pillow covers. No tv or intercom system were provided. Both the floor and bathroom floor were not clean at all. Bathroom had half broken basin poorly maintained toilet seat. Even public toilets has better toilets than this. Also there's lack of privacy in the room as above the door there was a huge skylight that can't be closed. We spent the night in quite uncomfortable situation. Also there was a window that's blocked with cement walls. Overall it was a terrible staying experience. Talking about food, when i asked the hotel if they have anything in lunch, they advised me to order through zomato as they do not have any arrangements. We decided to have our dinner outside as well. In breakfast we ordered scrambled egg, egg sandwich and tea. The foods were overpriced and of bad quality. You can find that out from the pictures. We don't know how, with this facility they manage to stay on a prestigious. It's not at all a pleasant experience for me.
