Service: The staff at Cygnett Siliguri provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk assistance, the staff exhibited professionalism and hospitality.The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided conveniences such as complimentary Wi-Fi.I was impressed by the cleanliness standards maintained at Cygnett Siliguri. The rooms were spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping ensured they remained tidy throughout my stay. Common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and corridors were also consistently clean and well-maintained.Overall, my experience at Cygnett Siliguri was delightful, thanks to its excellent service, extensive amenities, and high cleanliness standards. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siliguri.

We stayed in this hotel on the way back from Bhutan. Soooper hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Very good front desk & other staff. Good service. Tasty & wide spread food. Major tourist places are nearby by. Enjoyed the stay. Definitely I will refer to my friends.

It is a very good hotel by Cygnett Group in NJP. Room is too good, with hygienic and neet and cleen with good wash room facility. Food quality too good. I recommended to visit this hotel and uses their facility. With very supportive behaviours.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding, and I owe it all to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, Especially Mr Bhanu, including Anjita,Bhumika, Akriti , Smriti & Faran were a true delight. They provided invaluable guidance, from local recommendations to arranging transportation, always with a warm smile. Rahul from Housekeeping deserves special recognition for maintaining my room in impeccable condition. He attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay. Dining at Jungle theme Restaurant ,was our server, was a key part of this memorable experience. Their knowledge and attentiveness added a special touch to every meal. The Receptionist Miss Sizzle keep it up In the kitchen, Chef Satish, Chef Ganesh, and Chef Noushad showcased their culinary prowess in each dish they crafted. The flavors were exceptional, and I was continually impressed. Thanks to the dedicated team. Bhanu (the talented bartender), and Bhumika ensured every moment spent there was enjoyable. The cocktails were creative, and Bhumika's service was second to none, ensuring every guest felt well cared for. The staff at this hotel embodies the essence of excellent customer service. Their commitment to making my stay exceptional has left an indelible mark, and I eagerly anticipate returning in the future. Nice food, and service a must visit venue for a dinner night.... Nice hospitality by Kamala and Nitesh. The food was hot and served well. It was delicious too and had a hearty meal...the ambience was good and a well decorated place...the dinner was served on time...

The service of the hotel and the behaviour of the staff found to be one the best. Very happy to stay. We stayed with family and this is 3rd stay with Cygnett’s Tania and every time the experience was good. The location was perfect for all purpose with many attractions within walking distance. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Breakfast was awesome, staffs ( Subhojit & Nikita) were very cooperative and they were eager to serve , only room size is little small. Overall was lovely experience living in this hotel. Highly recommended if you are planning with your family members or friends.

Good & clean rooms. Will recommend for a decent stay. Food was also quite good at the themed restaurant. We had a good stay at the hotel with good service. The hotel is also close to the bidhan market considered to be a central location of Siliguri. You can simply jump into an auto & reach there in 10mins.

Overall it's ok. It's too much costly as per hotel services compare to other hotels in same location with better quality. Dental and serving and other kit also not provided. Resturant environment is very good food Employees also very good.
