Service: The staff at Cygnett Siliguri provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk assistance, the staff exhibited professionalism and hospitality.The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided conveniences such as complimentary Wi-Fi.I was impressed by the cleanliness standards maintained at Cygnett Siliguri. The rooms were spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping ensured they remained tidy throughout my stay. Common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and corridors were also consistently clean and well-maintained.Overall, my experience at Cygnett Siliguri was delightful, thanks to its excellent service, extensive amenities, and high cleanliness standards. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siliguri.

Food is Excellent. Rooms could be little bigger Wifi is good but not best Hospitality is excellent Excellent billing. I ordered 4 masala cold drinks but did not wanted 2 cold drinks with masala. They billed for 2 and 2 for Aerated drinks. This proves how genuine in terms of values. They could easily charge for 4 Masala cold drinks.

We stayed in this hotel on the way back from Bhutan. Soooper hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Very good front desk & other staff. Good service. Tasty & wide spread food. Major tourist places are nearby by. Enjoyed the stay. Definitely I will refer to my friends.

It is a very good hotel by Cygnett Group in NJP. Room is too good, with hygienic and neet and cleen with good wash room facility. Food quality too good. I recommended to visit this hotel and uses their facility. With very supportive behaviours.

The hotel location is good but the approch road leading to it is not built. Its is full of potholes. Check in experince was good with only 1 staff memeber attending to several guests. Rooms size is big but cleaning is poor. Sofa chair had many stains. No toiletries like dental kit, comb, face tissues, shaving kit etc was kept in the bathroom. Bathroom was not tidy and seems worn out. Dustin had rust on it. Tiles had mud stuck in joints. Room service is very poor. No slipper or laundry bag was kept. Had to ask it thrice on reception as nobody responded from housekeeping team. Reception guy took 2 hours after calling several times to deliver slippers. Food options are pretty much limited. Breakfast buffet has only basic item and no live counter. Requested for an egg omlette but it never arrived. Only 1 person was serving all the guests. Overall the experience was not good as was expected by looking at the details available online. Pretty much dissapointed. Need to train staff especially the housekeeping.

The staff was very co-operative, Firoz was helpful throughout. The stay was nice & comfortable. The food of restaurant was tasty & ambience was nice & different. The overall experience here was nice for stay & food, highly recommended from my side

Nice place to stay. The rooms are good with clean washrooms and the window has a nice view of the lawn below. The room service was responsive and the food was served in the room covered with foils. The restaurant on the second floor was nice and the waiting for the order was also lesser. The breakfast platter contained variety

well situated at the Sevoke road with good parking space.. Property is modern however I felt they could do more with maintaining the place.. the corridors/ lounge were dimly lit… consumables could be well placed.. No hand wash.. Slippers were provided on request.. AC remote was not working (though we did not use the AC).. Food well priced.. . And staff were polite particularly the food server named OM was very hospitable and helpful…
