The bathroom is adequate, but we stayed in a very small shower room. I think the property meets expectations, but the management is very poor. Although we agreed on an 8 pm dinner time, the appetizers arrived at 9:30 pm. The property is trying to fill up with fewer staff, so nothing happens on time. They also demanded payment for the coffees that weren't even mentioned in the bill. For the first time in my life, when I objected to an additional charge for ice that came with the drink, they acted like a courtesy to us. They demanded 40% more than the agreed-upon amount, but we negotiated down to 20% and finally paid the 20% more. I won't be back again."

Anche se lo abbiamo riportato tre volte, ci siamo sputati con “Abbiamo girato, comincierà a riscaldare presto”. Ma non si è mai riscaldato, e avevamo preparato sulla base dell’ipotesi che funzionasse. Abbiamo finito congelando, e la nostra notte è stata rovinata. In breve, il saldo prezzo/servizio si è completamente deteriorato, la qualità del servizio è diminuita e la comunicazione del personale ha perso il suo professionalismo. Questo campo, che una volta abbiamo visitato felicemente, ci ha seriamente deluso dopo questa esperienza."

"Where do I start with my experience at this place? Let me tell you why I wasn't impressed. The team was friendly, the room was clean, and the food was decent, with an attempt at making it fancy. But there's a catch if you're a vegetarian – not much to choose from. And remember, you'll be eating here for all your meals because there aren't any restaurants nearby. Now, for the not-so-great parts. The room was really really hot, and the AC wasn't working!!!! When we tried to eat lunch on the terrace, it was too hot out there. Inside, there was just one fan, and it seemed everyone wanted it. But wait, there's more! They were not able to repair the AC in our rooms, and, when we asked to change rooms, they took their sweet time. Suddenly, their solution came at 10h00 pm!!! after we finished our dinner, they found available rooms! Sadly, those rooms were on higher floors, not great if among the group you have elderly not good with stairs. That night was a nightmare – so hot, it was hard to sleep. It made it tough to enjoy the view or the garden or get the value for our money. The ending wasn't any better. We decided to cut short our stay, and when we checked out, they refused to give us a refund for the second night. Why? They said we stopped them from renting out those rooms, but they offered us other available rooms later that night! We were really disappointed. Their focus wasn't on keeping customers happy, and they have a lot to learn about customer service. "

"The location of the hotel is quite good, it is a small, not crowded, cute hotel. In my opinion, there are no customer concerns as they benefit from the blessing of its proximity to Istanbul. There is not even one bottle of water in the rooms, using towels is chargeable, everything is chargeable. The staff is very amateur, you won't get what you pay for. It makes perfect sense to come for the day, rent a sun lounger and return to Istanbul. There is no need for a sea view room, because there is no balcony, so it is pointless to pay a difference for a 1 meter window. My suggestion to the operator is that satisfaction can be increased with a very small cost. Day trip and accommodation guests should not be treated the same."
