Perfect place to chill and Away From The crowded.. stunning views, however only the road to get there was challenging, steep even though the views are beautiful along the way but some parts of the road to get there in bad conditions

We only stayed one night, unfortunately. We loved the place. When we entered, we thought that it would be a middle of the road thing. WRONG! It is a wonderful place, great architecture for swimming pool with restaurant and garden. The food is good and the breakfast sumptuous. The room was good, as well as the bed and shower. We were really happy. We would have loved to use the swimming pools though, with the wonderful view on the valley with the small river. Next time, if there is any :)

Recentemente sono rimasto alla Galleria di Kresna a Wonosobo, e purtroppo ho avuto un'esperienza molto negativa. Nonostante la prenotazione di una camera deluxe, l'hotel era in una condizione molto sfavorevole. Poiché il personale si compiaceva molto della pulizia della stanza non era disponibile. Era evidente che prima della nostra arrivo non si era effettuato un pulizia adeguata, che i piani erano sporchi e che vi era una visibile tintura su diverse superfici, che era deludente, soprattutto considerando la camera di categoria più alta che avevamo scelto. Inoltre, lo stato del bagno era allarmante. Era completamente coperto in molla. La presenza di molla non solo indica una manutenzione scarsa, ma anche un rischio per la salute per gli ospiti. Questo livello di negligenza era inaccettabile e ha influito molto sulla nostra esperienza generale. Inoltre, la condizione della piscina era anche subpar, sembrava che non fosse mantenuta, perché la piscina sembrava sporca e non ben curata. Questo è stato deludente, poiché uno dei motivi per cui si è scelto questo hotel è stato di godere delle strutture della piscina. In generale, Kresna Gallery a Wonosobo è in grande bisogno di rinnovazione e riparazione. La scarsa condizione delle camere, il bagno moldo e la piscina trascurata hanno colpito grandemente la qualità del nostro soggiorno. Spero che la gestione dell'hotel prenda queste preoccupazioni sul serio e prenda immediatamente misure per migliorare l'esperienza globale per i futuri ospiti, come ci sono
