UUtente ospiteL'hotel è circondato da una foresta pluviale tropicale da un lato e da una spiaggia dall'altro. La posizione è ottima e molto privata. Ci sono due piscine, una sulla spiaggia. È fantastica per scattare foto o giocare con i bambini la spiaggia è così amichevole per i bambini. Ampie aree sono secche, che sono molto sicure e divertenti. È anche molto gratificante prendere il mare. I kayak e i paddle board forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel aggiungono molto divertimento vicino all'hotel sono particolarmente divertenti.Abbiamo noleggiato una barca per galleggiare sul mare.I bambini adoravano le immersioni subacquee e la pesca in mare, quindi sono andati di nuovo in mare, abbiamo incontrato il personale dell'hotel stavamo pescando in mare in vacanza e ci hanno invitato a grigliare il pesce sulla barca. Il cibo in hotel è delizioso e il personale è estremamente cordiale Anche se siamo rimasti per quasi una settimana, i bambini non sopportavano ancora di andarsene Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è a pochi passi dal molo. Il personale dell'hotel ci aspetterà anche al molo per aiutarci con i bagagli. Il servizio è molto premuroso. Il personale della reception è stato molto accogliente e parlava un po' di cinese. Ci hanno anche portato a visitare la stanza prima di confermare se effettuare il check-in, ed è stato molto paziente. Le strutture sono relativamente semplici, ma dispongono comunque di tutto il necessario. C'è una piscina davanti alla porta della stanza, una piscina nell'atrio e una palestra. I prezzi al ristorante sono un po' più alti rispetto all'esterno. C'è un barbecue il sabato sera e si può mangiare sulla spiaggia. Ma la temperatura di tostatura non era ben controllata: alcuni pezzi erano troppo bruciati, altri troppo teneri. Ci sono solo pochi hotel, bar e ristoranti su questa spiaggia, ma noi siamo rimasti solo in questo e non siamo andati negli altri. Non ci sono molti posti dove camminare, ma il mare da solo è sufficiente per farci giocare a lungo. L'acqua è così limpida e la spiaggia è così bianca e bella. L'hotel offre anche il noleggio gratuito di kayak. Ci sono motociclette a noleggio nelle vicinanze

MMartusiaAbbiamo avuto una straordinaria esperienza in questo hotel e abbiamo goduto di ogni momento della nostra permanenza. Dalla prima parte, siamo stati accolti con un servizio eccezionalmente caldo e attento, che ci ha reso veramente benvenuti.
La struttura è ben progettata e mantenuta, crea un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.La nostra camera era spaziosa, senza spot e molto comoda, offrendo tutto ciò che ci serviva per un soggiorno perfetto. La spiaggia era assolutamente stupenda, con sabbia morbida e acqua cristallina per il relax.
Il pranzo è stato anche un punto di vista, con una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche e deliziose da scegliere.
In generale, ci siamo sentiti completamente alzati e apprezzati l’ottima ospitezza dell’hotel.

Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldSiamo stati sfortunati a viaggiare in bassa stagione, che a Koh Rong significa il 99% di pioggia ogni giorno, da quanto ho sentito dalla gente del posto ne sono pienamente consapevoli, ma tutte le prenotazioni e le attività sono come al solito ma non possono essere godute, come lo snorkeling, la barca per barbecue ecc. a causa del meteo siamo rimasti bloccati in hotel per il 90% del tempo, NON c'è la TV (è scritto nei servizi della camera, l'ho letto troppo tardi) quindi fate attenzione, soprattutto se viaggiate con bambini piccoli. La piscina non è un'opzione a causa di tuoni e fulmini. Costa 15 USD arrivare in hotel dal molo. Non c'è un bancomat sull'isola, solo uno stand che ti consente di usare la tua carta per pagare il locale, poi ti danno i soldi, questo è addebitato all'8% 😡 Questo è importante perché per mancanza di connessione a Internet non puoi sempre usare la carta per pagare al ristorante per i tuoi pranzi e cene, anche quando puoi, c'è una commissione del 3% per farlo. Tutte le attività devono essere pagate in USD, ma le vecchie banconote rugose non sono accettate, anche se vi sono state date da altri commercianti sull'isola o se le banconote si sono bagnate un po' sotto la pioggia, il che era un problema frequente. Quindi venite con un sacco di dollari nuovi o vi ritroverete bloccati con poche opzioni. La sera prima del check-out, abbiamo chiesto allo staff di informare la compagnia dei traghetti che avremmo preso il traghetto delle 9:30 per Sihakouville (come indicato dalla compagnia dei traghetti). Abbiamo prenotato un viaggio di ritorno alle 9:00 per il molo come consigliato. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati, il traghetto stava partendo alle 9:15. Non eravamo gli unici rimasti indietro. Alcune persone avevano un volo da prendere più tardi quel giorno e sono state costrette a pagare altri 17 USD a persona poiché, secondo loro, era ”impossibile” farli entrare in una delle barche quasi vuote di una delle altre numerose compagnie di traghetti, perché non lavorano insieme, alcune famiglie hanno pagato fino a 70 USD per non perdere il volo nonostante non fosse colpa loro. L'hotel era standard, per un hotel sulla spiaggia, belle capanne, i letti erano puliti e comodi e il punto forte era sicuramente il cibo al ristorante, nei 4 giorni abbiamo provato molti piatti tutti deliziosi. Immagino che durante la stagione soleggiata debba essere una bella posizione e un bel hotel. Detto questo, pensavo già che fosse troppo caro per la bassa stagione rispetto ad hotel simili in Thailandia e Bali, quindi per me il prezzo che pagheresti in alta stagione non lo prenderei in considerazione, specialmente data l'intera esperienza con il traghetto e gli USD. ☹️

VVadimir RainBeh, che dire, proprio come in quella storia, tutto è iniziato così bene))) bella gente, un posto suggestivo, e il servizio è così così: in primo luogo, non hanno nemmeno offerto il trasferimento dal molo a l'hotel e ritorno al molo, ho camminato lungo la spiaggia con una valigia. Al momento del pagamento, si è scoperto che sul conto erano stati aggiunti $ 27. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel al mattino è sporca, non pulita e in parte nella spazzatura del bar. Rumore dal soffitto, la sera e dalle 5 del mattino (!) rumore dietro il soffitto, i gattini venivano fatti uscire sul tetto e giocavano... prenotando una camera nelle opzioni - vista giardino, si è scoperto che era vista sul recinto dei vicini, musica al bar fino alle 23:00, il personale inizia a lavorare alle 17:30 e comunica ad alta voce. Il bar non sa fare i cocktail; il classico pinot calada è stato trasformato in liquido con scaglie di latte di cocco.

WWinston1979Een onzettende warm welkom ontvangen! Behulpzame Staff! Hebben me geholpen bij het boeken van mijn scuba diving en mijn ticket met de ferry . De kamer was goed en gekoeld! Ik mis alleen een telefoon en omdat ik ziek was moest ik zelf naar het restaurant om mijn eten te bestellen (geen room service). Menu kaart was niet ingericht voor vegans. Tevens ook het ontbijt niet. Ik kon letterlijk alleen fruit en aardappelen eten bij het ontbijt.
Uiteindelijk heb ik door onderhandelen met de Staff wel uiteindelijk lekker gegeten!
Ik had wel graag de kamer met zeezicht gehad, die twee glazen wanden had.
Verder heerlijk op de beach vertoeft! Ik als solo reiziger die echt er was voor mijn rust was dit een geweldige locatie op Koh Rong!

Pojemniki na płyn do kompania i mycia się , klimatyzacja działa jak chce , pokój również mniejszy niż w opisie oddalony od plaży w drewnianym budownictwie. Śniadanie bardzo słabe, ogólnie nie ma co zjeść , sok z kartonu, kawa z Nalewajki , słabe jedzenie i jak pójdzie się później na śniadanie to już nie ma co jeść , dokładają owoce na sztukę , dolewają soki na sztukę aby tylko coś było. Leżaki oczywiście przez januszy zajęte już od samego rana gdzie leżą ręczniki a nikt ich jej używa, masakra. Ogólnie jak by zadbali o hotel to ma w mojej ocenie najlepsze położenie na całej wyspie. Dodatkowo fajna wioska.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t spend more than 2 nights without hot water, air conditioning and decent WiFi when in the room (wasn’t aware of this when booking however this was a fault on my behalf). However, when in reception it was very strong and was able to charge everything in the hotel to the room and pay on exit which was great and they even helped organise our boat home for $15. Also had a cute lizard friend on our last day

UUtente ospiteThe bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security.
There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.
The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any!
Location is good and WiFi is good.
