I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

In linea di principio, una classica “candela” moderna, ma ecco la storia di come mi sono trasferito. Ci hanno dato una chiave elettronica della camera: non funzionava nell'ascensore. Mi hanno dato un'altra chiave. Salimmo nella stanza. La puzza di tabacco è terribile! Siamo scesi alla reception e ci hanno dato un'altra stanza. Salimmo nella stanza: l'odore del tabacco era notevolmente diminuito, ma nel frigorifero c'era un sacchetto di cibo che perdeva e puzzava parecchio. Mi hanno dato il terzo numero. Non puzza affatto: fantastico! Finalmente. Tuttavia, ho dovuto convivere con un'intera nidiata di scarafaggi di tutte le dimensioni. Cioè, il personale sta cercando di toglierlo, ma l'hotel stesso non lo fa.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e moderne. Il letto è molto confortevole. Purtroppo, l'hotel non prende la pulizia molto accuratamente. Il bagno dietro la porta era un cappuccio di sangue di circa 8 mm con salotto, nel doccia c'è funghi. La lavanderia era invece buona. Non c'è un vero ristorante. Ma c'è del snack da mangiare al bar della piscina sul tetto. Purtroppo, c'è anche qualcosa di inappetito. Le tavole non sono pulite e completamente impazzite. Ho chiesto al mio ordine di pulire la tavola, ma poi il cibo è arrivato sul tavolo sporco. Solo quando ho trovato che non poteva metterlo sul tavolo, qualcuno venne con una lama (anche sporca), e poi la tavola era ancora incollata. E interessante: secondo la scheda di pranzo, il cibo costava 6,50 USD, poi ho avuto 8 USD sulla fattura. Il buffet per colazione è piuttosto visibile, ma ancora ok, anche con l'igiene, per quanto lo vedi. I dipendenti, anche quelli alla reception parlano poco inglese. Sihanouk non è in genere visibile. È una città molto, molto sporca, piena di ruine. Le condizioni igienico-sanitarie sono miserabili. In una strada, ha sentito bene, perche' c'era un ratto mezzo occidentale sulla strada, anche se l'hotel fosse ancora buono, non si può stare davanti alla porta.

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere that truly set the tone for the holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent service despite how busy it was.
The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the hotel was a highlight of our trip. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year.
Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

Decisamente superiore alle aspettative. Un mare ed una spiaggia molto vicini a quelli delle Maldive. Se ci aggiungete l’estrema cortesia e disponibilità del personale della struttura ovviamente il risultato non può che essere più che positivo. L’unica pecca è l’assenza di escursioni per le quali valga la pena perdersi una giornata di quel mare. Barriera morta e molto limitata, snorkelling con pochissimi e comunissimi pesci; l’unica cosa che vale davvero la pena vedere è il plancton la sera. È un effetto molto suggestivo fare il bagno al buio e vedere l’acqua illuminarsi al proprio movimento. Stanze spaziose e pulite, molto consigliate quella vista mare in prima fila, unica pecca la mancanza di una cabina intorno alla doccia. Attenzione ai mosquitos, portarsi qualche prodotto per tenerli lontani

Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk.
Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Their chefs I’d rate as Michelin Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gordon Ramsay you really need to sample here!

PROS - Nice bungalows - Nice pool area - Right on the beach - The receptionist Chanrath is very friendly, helpful and super sweet. - The waitress Chanthorn is so nice, and she really does her best despite having way too much to do. CONS - Hotel appears poorly managed and understaffed. - Wifi is unreliable, internet is unavailable most of the time. - Long wait time (1 hour) both for food and drinks. Lots of mixups in orders, both because of language/communication issues, and general lack of organization. - Breakfast buffet selection is limited. Some days the food was warm, other days not. - Pick up service seems unreliable. Did not show up at agreed time. We had to call the hotel. Other customers were not picked up at all. - Beach is not well taken care of. Garbage is not really collected. Seems like they try to hide most of it under the sand when evening out the sand in the morning. Beach towels are not collected. I collected garbage around the sun beds every morning, which is often considered a job for the staff. - New years eve the hotel arranged bbq and entertainment. Next morning was a total mess. Beach was not cleaned, and full of garbage. Breakfast was cold, and there was not enough food. The bar area was full of used beer glasses and dishes, which were not cleaned until after midday. I myself got several garbage bags from reception, and filled them with trash from the beach. - Boat trips offered by the hotel are crowded and expensive. We booked a private trip elsewhere for a lot less. Not a 5 star resort, as they claim to be. Not worth the price.

Ho trascorso tre notti presso il Long Set Resort. Sicuramente la migliore struttura presente sulla spiaggia di Long Set. Personale cordiale e premuroso,ambienti puliti, buona qualità del cibo. Koh Rong offre bellissime spiagge, anche se non curate e piene di plastica e immondizia trascinate dal mare. La spiaggia del Long Set Resort viene sempre tenuta pulita. Il mare, quando sono stata io, era sempre un po’ mosso, quindi non so dire quanto possa essere trasparente e cristallino senza vento.

SSophannachI really don't like the staff who handle reservations at this hotel. I know I made my booking online, and I reserved three rooms. I tried to request that all three rooms be on the same floor by contacting the reservation staff via Telegram, but she didn't place us on the same floor and was quite rude. I mentioned that I needed one extra bed, which she provided, but regarding my request for all the rooms to be on the same floor, she put one of our rooms on a different floor. 😡 When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they had three rooms on the same floor, contrary to what the reservation handler had told us.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, ho inviato un'e-mail in anticipo e qualcuno è venuto a prendermi quando sono sceso dalla nave. Poi ho fatto il check-in prima delle due. Anche lo scenario dell'hotel è molto bello e il ristorante è fantastico delizioso! C'è anche un cane molto carino, Jenny! Ci tornerò la prossima volta che andrò!

UUtente anonimoLa spiaggia era tranquilla e aveva una vista magnifica sul sole. Il servizio era grande e il personale era molto ospite e gentile. Le camere sono basilari ma molto pulite e il letto è davvero comodo e grande.

UUtente ospiteI spent four days at Laguna in May. It is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The resort is surrounded by nature. I stayed in one of the bungalows. The room was clean, modern and had all of the amenities I expected. The restaurant area is wonderful, with very reasonable prices. It is lovely and open so you can watch the sunset over the island of an evening. The hotel offers pool (billiards), board games and boat trips around the island. However, the best thing about Laguna is the staff. Michael the Manager and Neal the bar tender are warm, friendly and work hard to make your stay the best it can possibly be. My friend and I are vegetarian so they gave us some additional off menu options. I would highly recommend a stay at Laguna.

Hotel catastrophique, Une premiere chambre avec une grosse odeur d'humidité, Une deuxième chambre identique avec des champignons sur les murs et la troisième pareil , j'ai du partir et me faire rembourser la chambre, de la moisissure partout et a cote de la tete de lit, sois disant un 3 étoiles et un prix exorbitant au vu des prestations et la qualité de la chambre .
