This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The breakfast food was not clean, with insects in the porridge and hair in the seasonings. You can see my live photos below! The service was poor, and the staff couldn’t speak English or Chinese! I asked for fried eggs cooked on both sides, but they couldn’t understand. What irritated me the most was a waitress named Iem Liheak—she snatched two bottles of yogurt from my hands that I had brought for my kids’ breakfast! She was very rude, with a fierce expression on her face! Her manager later came to apologize, but her attitude really annoyed me. How could such an expensive hotel hire such low-quality staff? Additionally, this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at where you have to pay for more than two bottles of mineral water in the room—and it’s just regular mineral water! Such a stingy hotel! The facilities and services don’t match the price at all. I really don’t recommend choosing this place!

Great location with very nice view from the rooms with balcony. Bad things are too crowded with ****** people and if the front parking is only for the ****** guest.

Big and clean room with nice outdoor bath tub 🛀 , very comfortable to stay🛏️Very Good Service and the only hotel in Sihanoukville with big swimming pools 👍, the staff very nice and friendly, specially hotel breakfast very good,
Best for family because hotel have pool playground for kids,

I did not have a good sleep due to the constant noise coming out of the air conditioner and from outside of the room. I know that the hotel is quite busy but the staffs were not very helpful and friendly.
