Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico, lo staff è stato molto accomodante. Poiché l'hotel si trova in una piccola isola remota, l'infrastruttura era comprensibilmente un po' carente, come interruzioni di corrente temporanee che duravano un minuto e perdita di pressione dell'acqua. Ma ancora una volta, lo staff è stato veloce a risolvere qualsiasi situazione. La reception aveva WhatsApp e questo ha reso facile comunicare con l'hotel. Hanno anche aiutato a organizzare traghetti e autobus per il trasporto verso altre città.

Soon Noeng Hotel è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare a Saracen Bay a Koh Rong Sanloem! Il personale è estremamente disponibile e le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate con bollitore e frigorifero. La vista è perfetta con il mare molto vicino e spiagge tranquille e idilliache!

Posto perfetto dove soggiornare per le vacanze, vi consiglio a tutti di prenotare in questo resort, la posizione è bella, bella spiaggia, acqua limpida e non è vicino a una zona rumorosa

Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte e tornerò l'anno prossimo. Soggiorno fantastico e se riesci a trovare una stanza al molo l'esperienza è ancora migliore :)!

Direttamente sul porto! Thex ha anche riempito gli spazzolini da denti e ci ha dato delle coperte extra! Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno! La vista era incredibile! L'acqua calda non funzionava ma era abbastanza calda per fare la doccia! Mi è piaciuto molto!

Le camere erano pulite, i letti ok. Buona aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto. Anche la doccia è molto pulita, ma esce meno acqua dalla doccia, e... solo fredda. La parte della baia con molti ristoranti è a 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata serale. Il resort è sul molo di arrivo. Quindi niente lunghe passeggiate con bagagli pesanti sulla sabbia bianca.

Ci è piaciuto il posto e le cose in hotel. Siamo stati contenti di aver trascorso il weekend in questo posto bello e tranquillo.

The hotel is close to the pier, so you don’t need to go anywhere from there. The hotel has different kinds of rooms, we stayed in a sea view villa which had a nice view. However I didn’t like the interior and the bathroom. Bathroom has a window in the roof which is not covered and geckos and insects can come in without any difficulty. When you finish taking a shower, water stays on the floor for a very long time. The hotel has sunbeds and it’s nice that you can have a rest in front of your villa, that’s what I liked the most. Breakfast is limited in food choices: eggs, rice, vegetables, noodles, toasts and fruits - everyday it is the same, quite boring. There is almost nothing around the hotel, even if you want to buy some water after 23:00 you can’t do it. The nearest hotel is closed, the reception of this hotel is closed too. A walk to the closest shop is 20 minutes by the beach

This may be the best hotel in the island. The location is in a nice part of the beach and you can easily hike to the other beaches. It also has its own pier. Is not at expensive as other resorts but it definitely has all you need. Furthermore stuff is very friendly and helpful. Also the included breakfast is quite good. The room itself is clean, spacious, near the beach and has everything you need. The cleaning is punctual every day and well done. Would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that while it has some positive aspects, there is definitely room for improvement. The biggest advantage is its great location, which made it easy to explore the area. The rooms, although quite old, were at least clean and well-maintained. However, the service felt a bit distant and not particularly warm, which made the stay less welcoming than expected. One major downside was that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. I could hear noise from the beach and neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but unfortunately, some of the food was cold when it should have been hot. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but with some renovations and improved service, it could be much better.

Very nice place. Quiet and relaxing. Staff very helpful. Nothing bad to say, only good.

Customer service was very good but the amenities is a bit old and water level was very low.

Cheap place on the beach not bad however room had a funky smell to it 1-10 I would give it a 7.2
