Abbiamo pernottato qui due notti per poter godere delle due attrazioni principali della zona. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili ed il responsabile è un giovane simpatico che ci sa fare! La posizione è molto tranquilla anche se non molto lontano dai locali. Camera buona e anche la colazione servita all'ultimo sulla terrazza che guarda sulla rocca. Di notte la strada sterrata è completamente buia e vi sconsiglio di andarci a piedi meglio se con una macchina o un tuktuk.

L'hotel si trova in una zona residenziale. Ci è voluto un po' per trovarlo al momento del check-in. L'hotel dispone di una piscina all'aperto e di un giardino. Ci sono molti ristoranti a circa cinque minuti a piedi. Il cibo in uno dei ristoranti è così delizioso che lo consiglio.

Tutto bene, posto pulito e accogliente. L'unica pecca è l'umidità elevata, ma come ovunque qui. Le lenzuola non erano molto pulite. Le camere sono prive di comodini e un paio di sedie, oltre a un armadio o qualcosa per i vestiti. La posizione è a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sigiriya, ma per noi è stato comodo camminare.

L'atmosfera era familiare e familiare.

Le foto fornite da Ctrip sono completamente diverse dall'hotel reale. I servizi sono scadenti. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone, ma in realtà era al piano terra. La proprietaria ha detto che quello era lo standard. Le tende non si potevano chiudere completamente e si vedeva fuori.

raduci il testo con la fotocamera We stayed with our family in this splendid oasis. we were supposed to stay 2 days and we stayed 4. the family room is comfortable with air conditioning and wifi and was by the pool. The swimming pool is spotless and beautiful, excellent for pleasant swims. The staff is exceptional! We felt welcomed like family, always kind and friendly, they helped us resolve some unexpected issues. The food is great! Freshly cooked and characterized by local dishes (paratha and curry etc.) and international dishes (delicious pasta). We also did a cooking class with the owner and his wife and it was a memorable experience! everything was delicious! frankly we couldn't hope for better. Now that we are traveling we realize that it is not easy to find hospitality of this level! We highly recommend Sigirya Rock Hide and hope to return one day! Feedback

Amazing breakfast with unique views. The swimming pool is fabulous after a long day excursion. The family who works in is fantastic, they helped us in every single aspect, including the preparation of different activities in Sri Lanka at a very convenient price.

This place was amazing and we regretted that we only stayed for 1 night as a base for climbing Sigiriya Rock. Everything was just great! Highly recommend staying here. - Staff incredibly helpful and welcoming. - Pool was clean and well maintained and a lovely spot to hang out - Restaurant on the top floor with a view of Sigiriya Rock and amazing food from the menu - The room was spacious, clean, newly renovated with a comfy bed. - Shower was hot with great pressure - They organised an early morning TukTuk so we could climb Sigiriya Rock for sunset (highly recommend) - Location is beautiful - we saw a variety of wildlife from the pool!

Brilliant hosts, staff were extremely helpful, I needed an extra bed put in my room for my son and that was done befide we arrived, the breakfast was lovely..Pool was clean and well maintained , we wouod have definitely stayed a day or 2 longer if we had more time .

We loved staying at this hotel with our family of five. The pool is great, the rooms basic as is breakfast. But the people are amazing. Beautiful view, but even without the view I would go there and relax after climbing! One thing we would recommend is having blankets. We stayed in a familyroom and the airco is working or to hard or to soft for only a sheet. We prefer a blanket. But we think it might have been only our room and what you prefer! And also the bed could do with a top matras but again it’s what you prefer! Overall we would go anytime!

My experience at this establishment was profoundly disappointing due to the exceptionally rude behavior of both the owner and the male receptionist. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's unwelcoming demeanor was evident. He barely acknowledged our presence and seemed more interested in his phone than in assisting us. His curt responses and condescending tone made us feel like an unwelcome intrusion rather than valued customers. The situation worsened when we had to interact with the owner. I had hoped for a more professional attitude, but unfortunately, the owner was even more abrasive. When we inquired about the entertainment package that was mentioned during pre-booking, both the receptionist and the owner declined our request without providing a valid explanation. Instead of addressing our concerns, the owner interrupted us and made it clear that our feedback was not welcome. Such behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of customer service training and basic courtesy at this place. It’s disheartening to see how little regard they have for their patrons. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. There are plenty of other places where your business will be genuinely appreciated.

We asked about some facilities they told us they got. But when we asked about them they got aggressive. The owner was very rude. When we explained the owner about the problem he scolded us and send the receptionist to talk with us. He mentioned us as people without brains for no reason. They even switched off the lights. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Owner was very unprofessional. Does not know how to apologize for their own mistake. They became rude enough to turn off the lights in dining area at 11.30pm before even all of our members finished their meals .Don’t waste your money and time here.

Me and my husband stayed at this place for 1 night. Quaint homestay, with great location just walking distance to Lions rock. The room was clean and well kept. However, while Yuji understands English and responds well to requests, we faced some language issues with wife and kids, and were unable to communicate, leading to some confusions. The caveat is that Yuji is not always available and then you are left hanging to communicate even the basics, like we could not even get across what we wanted to have for breakfast. Else all good location and budget wise !
