sehr freundliches service, unglaublich warmherzig und an dir als mensch interessiert. die begrüßung war schon besonders freundlich und offen, das habe ich in 7 wochen reisen in indonesien/bali und vietnam noch nie so erlebt. und sogar als es was mit der spülung bei der toilette hatte, kam man mir entgegne und hat mich gratis zum essen eingeladen sowie zum hafen gebracht. weiters sind schnorcheln und kajak fahren inkludiert gewesen, was das ganze wirklich zu einem guten erlebnis machte! super ruhige zimmer, flottes wlan, und ganz ruhige bucht zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. andere cafes, restuarants und warung am strang in geh-reichweite, und super nah vom hafen (keine 10 minuten). sogar eine runde billard hab ich gespielt. absolute empfehlung!

La nostra esperienza all'Oberoi ha superato tutte le aspettative. È situato su ampi terreni, che offrono ad ogni ospite ampia privacy. Il design dell'hotel è meticoloso e niente di meno di quello che mi aspetterei da Oberoi. Il ristorante in loco serve cibo eccellente con un'ampia selezione di scelte, compensando la limitata scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La cosa più impressionante di tutte è stato il servizio personale e impeccabile che garantisce una valutazione oltre la scala convenzionale. se possibile, gli assegnerei sei stelle. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno all'Oberoi Lombok!

I spent around two nights in The Sira to spend my mother's birthday weekend. Overall, it was a delightful relaxed experience. To start, my parents and I were welcomed by our personal butler, Willy and also personally welcomed by Mr. Harish. The welcoming ritual was a nice touch to begin the experience staying here. The suite was spacious but comfortable, because sometimes I find suite can be overwhelming. A lot of seating areas where we can lounge other that the bed. The bathroom was also really nice. However, if I could share my feedback, I would like to review some of the cuisines which I have tasted. Some of the food were lack in flavor when I think there's room for more flavor, especially in the Indonesian cuisines which are known to be pack in flavor. Start from the staple breakfast such as bubur ayam tasted a bit bland, the omelet needed a little bit of salt, and also the nasi goreng needs a little more flavor. However, I really enjoyed the bread and pastries here. Also, since The Sira is located quite far from the city center of Lombok. maybe the culinary team can offer some Lombok's authentic delicacy for guests to try as some would want to taste the traditional dish but can't find the nearest spot to try it. Overall, my stay in The Sira, The Luxury Collection was delightful. I really needed a quick calm break from work and this place offered me just that. Thank you
