Hotel in zona Khmer Ceramics Centre, Siem Reap

Un bel hotel, molto amichevole e ben parlante personale inglese. Ciò che mi serviva era tutto organizzato. La stanza era grande, pulita e tutto funzionava bene. Inoltre, la piscina è buona e la piscina ha una profondità di 2.2 metri su un lato, che è molto piacevole per coloro che amano nuotare.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

From the moment i step into the elegant lobby, ive been greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's luxurious accommodations boast modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay after exploring the nearby Angkor temples. One of the highlights of the hotel is its lush tropical garden and inviting swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the Cambodian sun. The on-site restaurants serve up a delectable array of Khmer and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palates. Another thing is its proximity to nearby establishments like j7 angkor, made in cambodia market and the pub, plus convenience store/local supermarket and ATM are just walking distance from the hotel.

Viroth’s è un ottimo hotel per soggiornare. L’hotel ha fornito un modo di prendere dall’aeroporto utilizzando uno dei loro auto vintage Rolls Royce / Mercedes. Il personale dell’hotel è stato molto amichevole e ci ha permesso di controllare in anticipo. Ci è sempre stata prestata piena attenzione durante il colazione o quando dobbiamo lasciare l'hotel, ad esempio aiutare a organizzare il trasporto e mantenere la chiave della nostra stanza. Quando dobbiamo lasciare l'hotel prima delle 5 per un po' di giro di sole Angkor, l'hotel ha preparato colazione confezionata per noi a mangiare in viaggio. Viroth’s is clean and within 10-15 min walking distance from the old market where you can buy a lot of souvenirs to bring home :)

La camera è spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, sicuramente vanno lavate le tende bianche che hanno macchie vistose. L’aria condizionata ha un minimo troppo alto per cui durante la notte bisogna spegnerla e riaccenderla più volte. Il bagno è spazioso e pulito ma non essendoci un riparo quando si fa la doccia si allaga tutto. Il soffione è arrugginito. Non ho usufruito della piscina che sembrava pulita mani lettini intorno alla piscina in similpelle sono assolutamente da lavare. Ho preso pacchetto con colazione ma dopo la prima mattina abbiamo fatto colazione fuori perché il menu occidentale non era di qualità, pane gommoso e french toast immangiabile. Ho dato 2 stelle per la posizione, e perché Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Nell’offerta c’era il viaggio in tuk tuk dall’aeroporto all’albergo gratuito, arrivando in auto da siem Reap abbiamo chiesto se potevamo usufruire dell’accompagnamento all’aeroporto in tuk tuk e ci hanno detto di no, che valeva solo per il percorso inverso. Mah

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

친절하고 좋아요. 가격대가 저렴해서 더 마음에 들고, 위치도 큰길가 옆이고, 근처에 식당,카페도 몇개 있어요. 수영장도 수영하기 좋아요. 앙코르사원가는 삼거리에 위치하고, 시내는 뚝뚝이로 $2에 갈 수 있어요. 시설이 조금 낡은 것이 흠이지만 청소를 깨끗하게 잘해줘요. 세탁은 $2/1kg이고 당일 세탁을 해주더라고요. 매우 만족합니다.

Il personale non è assolutamente utile nel rilascio di fatture a fini commerciali, devo aspettare 40 milioni di ore e finire la disarmo sulla mia questione.

Zwei x Frühstück (als Karte), Abholung vom Airport inklusive , sehr großes Zimmer mit guter Aircon , Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Extrem harte Matratze ( wer es mag oder liebt), duschen nur in Wanne möglich, keine Duschabtrennung, Bad überflutet beim duschen, extrem strenger Geruch im Bad ( trotz ständiger Absaugung mit Lüfter). Poolwasser ist Grün und die die Umgebung des Pools ist reparaturbedürftig. Vielleicht wäre ein Lehrgang für das Pool Personal hilfreich. Kaffee zum Frühstück nur Instand. Maschine wäre toll. Die nähere Umgebung läd weniger zum verweilen ein. Aber ein großer Markt mit verschiedensten Gerüchen ist sehr nahe.Insgesamt für den Preis super, wenn der Pool sauber und gepflegt wäre.
