Hotel in zona Angkor, Siem Reap

L'hotel è un albergo di lusso con decorazioni europee. Il servizio nella hall è buono. Anche la colazione gratuita è molto ricca. Nell'hotel c'è una piscina e le camere sono molto grandi. Sceglierò di rimanere qui se venissi di nuovo.

Bell'hotel, ottima attitudine. Professionisti: Buona posizione: Pulito; Bella piscina; Check-in anticipato senza costi aggiuntivi. Contro: Un solo telo bagno a persona, no asciugamani viso; Impossibile utilizzare le funzioni della smart TV nonostante ne sia dotata; Nessuna presa vicino al letto; L'aria condizionata è un po' debole, ma forse a causa del clima estremamente caldo fuori (intorno a +43). My husband and I recently spent a week in this lovely hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt welcome. From the front desk staff to the wonderful staff who cleaned our room always met us with a smile and were so helpful. Our room was very roomy and contained all the amenities we needed. Fresh bottles of water were replenished daily, which was nice after a day of sight seeing. The pool and grounds are gorgeous! You can get food and drinks while lounging by the pool. Lunch service is also available through the bar and on the patio. We enjoyed eating there several times. Highly recommend staying here!

Tranquillo nel rumoroso, buon servizio e soddisfazione generale. I dettagli della camera sono molto buoni e il design delle decorazioni è quasi un po' relativo al rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.

憧れのラッフルズは経験したことのぬい様な空間でした。 私以外は全て西洋人の方々で、ロビーの雰囲気に 少々緊張しましたが、英語が苦手である事を最初から伝えると、持参した翻訳機にも快くご対応頂きました。（笑） そのおかげでコンシェルジェさんともコミュニケーションも上手くとれ、何とお部屋のアップグレードをして下さった事には本当に感激しました。 アフタヌーンティー、バーなど、何処にいても、1人旅の私にホテル の方が話しかけて下さいます。 調度品や豪華さはもちろんのこと 名門ホテルのホスピタリティはこう言う事なのか、と 感動の連続でした。

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Прекрасный отель, душевный персонал, там себя чувствуешь почетным гостем, внимательный , заботливый персонал, всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом, номера чистые аккуратные , ежедневная уборка, в номере есть все необходимое , прекрасные завтраки и ребята в кафе очень внимательные и обходительные , мы прекрасно провели там время, и расположение очень удобное , по пути в храмы 👌

Perfect Stay in Siem Reap! I had an amazing experience at Yasodharapura Residence! The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to key attractions, making it convenient for exploring Siem Reap. The service was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. The amenities were excellent as well, providing great comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
