Hotel in zona Taphul Village Area, Siem Reap

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. C'è una bellissima piscina e il bar e la hall offrono musica rilassante che ti fa sentire rilassato. Penso che sia un hotel incredibilmente buono considerando il prezzo. Ci sono stati alcuni piccoli problemi con i servizi della stanza, come lo scarico della doccia intasato e l'acqua calda che non usciva a metà, ma non ci sono stati grossi problemi. C'erano molte zanzare nella stanza, ma mi hanno prestato un vaporizzatore a presa, quindi non sono quasi mai stato morso. C'erano due membri dello staff giapponese ed entrambi erano gentili e cortesi. Hotel esclusivo? Anche l'autista del tour in tuk tuk è stato molto gentile e abbiamo potuto goderci appieno le rovine, incluso Angkor Wat.

L'hotel è molto bello e pulito, il personale è cortese e bello. Peter era un concierge molto utile. L'unica denuncia è che le tovalette erano un po' vecchie. Il letto è molto comodo e la piscina superiore del tetto è fantastica. Sarei rimasto lì.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Angkor Land, where I was greeted with a warm welcome and outstanding pick-up service. The hotel's shuttle service was prompt and convenient, making my arrival seamless and stress-free. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff greeted me with genuine hospitality, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. 酒店位於市中心，到熱鬧的酒吧街走路幾分鐘。旁邊也有好幾家不錯的餐廳，馬路隔壁有個超市，很方便。 因為在市中心，佔地面積不會很大，看網上評論房間很小，於是在大堂經理的推薦下，果斷加錢升級為套房，面積大了三倍吧，卧房和客廳分開，中間有過道和躺椅，卧房外還有小陽台。居住感很不錯，就是來回要及時關門，蚊子和壁虎比較多。 酒店裝修很精緻，品牌酒店，服務還是不錯的，服務員都很nice，微笑服務。早餐擺出來的很少，但是桌上有menu，可以點單，品種很是多的，都含在早餐裏。晚上坐在中心大樹和水池旁，篝火中看錶演，品當地精緻晚餐，也是不錯選擇。

Can't be more perfect with what they have. It was huge, with nice and helpful staff. The pool was very big. And the best part was the breakfast. One should not miss it.

Il verde è pieno di piccoli difetti per un hotel recente. È costruito male se sei al 5° piano e hai i macchinari della piscina, il che significa che il caldo è quasi insopportabile nella tromba delle scale e ci sono zanzare tigre in abbondanza. La colazione è nella media ma a $ 1 direi che è OK e non troppo discutibile. Ci sono solo poche scelte e succhi non eccezionali, caffè troppo cotto e una povera cialda di tè rimasta nel succo per diverse ore. Nella stanza ci sono molti difetti e punti negativi riguardo l'igiene e la pulizia. Ci sono difetti ovunque e già strane macchie sui muri. Porta del bagno rotta che non può aprirsi completamente senza colpire il mobiletto del lavandino. È molto fastidioso mettere l'asciugamano sull'asciugatrice dietro quella porta. Piccolo consiglio: ci sono le porte scorrevoli quando non c'è spazio. Il personale è super gentile ma forse troppo rispetto alla qualità della pulizia. Gli asciugamani da bagno sono terribilmente sottili e di scarsa qualità. I servizi igienici non sono già alti e la carta igienica è appena fissata a 20 cm. la lunetta non è fissa, cosa impossibile in un hotel 4*. L'aria condizionata che scorre nella doccia dall'altra parte fa sì che senza infradito si tocchi un materiale che non vorresti avere nemmeno in un 2*. Per finire, la piscina e la vita sono molto belle, il personale è davvero molto gentile e cercherà di fare del suo meglio. È molto buono per il prezzo ma non pazzesco

I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.

We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

Ho potuto trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole nell'hotel stesso senza problemi. Tuttavia, il noleggio del tuk-tuk che ho ordinato dall'hotel non era buono. Il tuk-tuk è scomparso lungo la strada, quindi ho dovuto organizzarne uno nuovo. Costava il doppio. Per visitare Angkor Wat, è più sicuro richiedere un tuk-tuk a una compagnia turistica in città.

The hotel was pretty nice for the affordable price. The service was good, both receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The location was pretty convenient to visit the city center and night markets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants along the street, we really enjoyed that. Our room was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy in the mornings because other guests came to have breakfast at the lobby which was also on the same floor and a few meters from our room. Despite that, everything was very good.
