Hotel in zona Taphul Village Area, Siem Reap

Can't be more perfect with what they have. It was huge, with nice and helpful staff. The pool was very big. And the best part was the breakfast. One should not miss it.

- E' una fantastica esperienza. Molto professionale e amichevole personale. Hotel molto pulito, pulito e tempestivo Grande e molto nuovo bagno, letto e attrezzatura. Eravamo abbastanza fortunati per ricevere una stanza migliorata. La piscina e il bar erano bellissimi e attraenti. La sala da pranzo per un buffet era spaziosa, e aveva un menu piccolo ma completo e delizioso. Store di comodità lungo la strada, e 5 minuti a piedi dal principale pub turistico/restaurante strada. Ho prenotato un giro di 1 giorno in zona Angkor Wat con un conducente, una macchina spaziale e una guida attraverso il reception, e l'auto era molto puntuale. Se possibile, resterò qui di nuovo.

È abbastanza economico a Siem Reap, è più un ostello della gioventù e non ha molti servizi. Se apprezzi la qualità del tuo soggiorno, fai attenzione. Di fronte all'hotel c'è Golden Pumpkin, il miglior ristorante locale di Siem Reap su Google Maps, che è altamente raccomandato. C'è anche un bel negozio locale accanto dove è possibile fare colazione. Ci sono anche molti bar nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato più vicino si trova a circa 300-400 metri, in direzione Bar Street. Se avete bisogno di acquistare generi alimentari e beni di prima necessità, potete trovarli qui. C'è un Burger King al distributore di benzina all'incrocio. Se sei stanco di mangiare cibo locale, puoi venire qui per uno spuntino veloce per riempirti lo stomaco. Se hai bisogno di noleggiare una moto o una bicicletta, fai un giro e trovane una. Sono ovunque, oppure puoi chiedere al proprietario dell'hotel. Se devi andare all'aeroporto, individua il negozio duty-free CDF. C'è un autobus per l'aeroporto. Per acquistare un biglietto, devi andare al negozio e qualcuno ti guiderà. The poolside happy hour at the hotel was a delightful experience, enhanced by the friendly staff who made sure every guest felt welcomed. With a fantastic selection of drinks and appetizers, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, and the attentive service ensured that my needs were promptly met. Overall, the happy hour by the pool was a highlight of my stay, combining great company and refreshing beverages in a beautiful setting.

Sicuramente un hotel da consigliare a Siam Reap. Buona cena, personale amichevole, e bella camera tutti arrivano come previsto. Perfetto!

Super freundlich, hilfsbereite, zuverlässige Mitarbeiter. Alles ist sehr neu und gepflegt. Trinkwasser bekommt man jederzeit in nachfüllbaren Glasflaschen an der Rezeption. Der Pool ist groß und schön angelegt, das Fitnessstudio mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Direkt bei der Anlage gibt es einen Supermarkt, ein Café bzw. Restaurant und ein großen co-Working space. Es fehlt einem an nichts und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.

Il verde è pieno di piccoli difetti per un hotel recente. È costruito male se sei al 5° piano e hai i macchinari della piscina, il che significa che il caldo è quasi insopportabile nella tromba delle scale e ci sono zanzare tigre in abbondanza. La colazione è nella media ma a $ 1 direi che è OK e non troppo discutibile. Ci sono solo poche scelte e succhi non eccezionali, caffè troppo cotto e una povera cialda di tè rimasta nel succo per diverse ore. Nella stanza ci sono molti difetti e punti negativi riguardo l'igiene e la pulizia. Ci sono difetti ovunque e già strane macchie sui muri. Porta del bagno rotta che non può aprirsi completamente senza colpire il mobiletto del lavandino. È molto fastidioso mettere l'asciugamano sull'asciugatrice dietro quella porta. Piccolo consiglio: ci sono le porte scorrevoli quando non c'è spazio. Il personale è super gentile ma forse troppo rispetto alla qualità della pulizia. Gli asciugamani da bagno sono terribilmente sottili e di scarsa qualità. I servizi igienici non sono già alti e la carta igienica è appena fissata a 20 cm. la lunetta non è fissa, cosa impossibile in un hotel 4*. L'aria condizionata che scorre nella doccia dall'altra parte fa sì che senza infradito si tocchi un materiale che non vorresti avere nemmeno in un 2*. Per finire, la piscina e la vita sono molto belle, il personale è davvero molto gentile e cercherà di fare del suo meglio. È molto buono per il prezzo ma non pazzesco

We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

The hotel has surpassed our expectations. The swimming pool is excellent, and our room was well-equipped and clean. Its location in downtown is ideal. I would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Sara for her assistance throughout our stay. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the breakfast was delightful. However, we did not have the opportunity to try their lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.
