L'ambiente dell'hotel è anche buono, non è molto diverso dalle foto che sono state introdotte dall'hotel.Ma guardare l'hotel è molto grande sulle foto, in realtà la superficie complessiva dell'hotel non è così grande.Ma questo non è grande.😂
Il servizio dell'hotel è buono.Ma non ho chiesto di vivere in diversi piani, prenotami direttamente il primo piano. Quando ho espresso la mia intenzione di vivere nel secondo piano, mi aiuti a cambiare al secondo piano in tempo.👍
Dopo aver entrato nella stanza, ho scoperto che due interruttori di sedile non erano elettrici, il cassetto non poteva essere usato, e il cassetto non poteva essere usato perché la batteria non era elettrica, non poteva essere usato, quindi dopo il mio feedback, hanno anche lavorato in tempo e lodato. Se posso controllare tutto bene prima di stare qui, se non c'è problema, darò cinque stelle.
Finalmente, non c'era nessun accordo quando l'aeroporto l'ha spedito.Forse c'era anche la mia ragione. Non gli ho detto un giorno prima di organizzare e dirlo quando partono.😅

Viroth's Hotel is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was superb, with thoughtful little touches like providing me mosquito repellent before taking a walk in the evenings. It is located just a quick walk to the main shopping and dining center, but is on a quiet and peaceful street. The hotel helped me arrange a driver for touring the Angkor Wat temples, and he was excellent. The spa services were top notch and well priced. The breakfast menu was expansive and delicious, I loved trying their many options, and ate several meals in the hotel restaurant. The facilties were spotless and stylish, and the beautiful salt water pool was so refreshing after a day spent sightseeing. And they pick you up from the airport in a vintage Mercedes! I cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to stay here again.

L'hotel era fantastico con grande servizio clienti. Puoi prenotare tour attraverso l'hotel. Le aree del resort erano bellissime. La piscina era bella dove puoi anche rilassarsi dal bar o dalla parte della piscina. Il cibo era delizioso. Prenota l'evento di cena Cuture all'hotel; è stato così piacevole. Ci sono molti servizi spa, che sono massaggi, faccia, trattamento dei capelli e altro ancora. Molto consiglio. 😊👍

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia con balcone + vista sulla città.
Quando ci siamo reclutati, ci hanno dato una piccola stanza con un letto e un bagno, nessun balcone, nessuna vista, un posto diverso da quello che avevamo prenotato.
Ci lamentammo, ma non c'era spazio nella disposizione che avevamo prenotato attraverso trip.com.
Ci hanno dato una stanza diversa, un po’ più bella, ma la vista era la parete di un ristorante di alimenti per la notte, e era più piccola di quanto avevamo prenotato.
Il posto manca di organizzazione/gestione.Ho sentito molte persone che si lamentano della stessa cosa sul desktop front.
Ha ancora un'esperienza positiva all'hotel.Il personale è stato bello e utile. Forse rimarrebbe ancora

Definitely a great place for the young backpacker/tourist type, but not so much for older couples wanting to relax. The main pool/bar area is very sociable and has a good atmosphere. Just around the corner from Pub Street so the location is great for anyone.

We had an awesome stay here, very clean and the room is soooooo goooood, for family and friends. We were able to cook they have everything we need and even our friends LOVED it and plan to book as well because it is just so nice. The staff are amazing, speak very good English and very helpful they go beyond in assisting us and making sure that we had everything we need so thankful for them.And because everything is just so good we extended our booking for one more night and planned our next booking.excellent place to stay!😍😊

Excelente lugar, cerca de todo, esta hubicado en el centro puedes ir caminando al market nigth, al rio, al market pub o si prefieres ve en tuk tul por un dollar, desayuno exquisito, la atencion del Sr. LY KIM HUA, quien habla ingles y frances fue expectacular, dandonos tips . y si llegas en avion la terminal del shutle airport esta a 80 metros del hotel en la misma calle, el bus cobra 8 dolares y hace una hora desde hacia el aeropuerto.

La posizione dell'hotel è piuttosto buona. Alla passeggiata di 10 minuti dalla strada pub. Abbiamo preso la suite con due camere da letto, quindi è molto grande.
La suite è dotata di una cucina, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno, una lavatrice.Il balcone si guarda alla piscina.
Il personale era molto gentile e la colazione era molto buona. Abbiamo dovuto ordinare il colazione un giorno prima e sarà inviato nella nostra stanza il giorno dopo.
Le camere sono un po 'polverose, i mobili sono un po 'invecchiate, e la luce nelle camere è piuttosto diluita. Non ci sono ascensori all'hotel, ma il portiere vi aiuterà con piacere con i bagagli.

Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and
The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

UUtente ospiteOnestamente il miglior ostello in cui ho soggiornato nel sud-est asiatico. Ho alloggiato in un dormitorio da 10 letti che era enorme ed estremamente pulito. L'area armadietti separata con spazio per appendere era fantastica e i letti incredibilmente comodi e privati. I bagni venivano puliti regolarmente. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono state una grande vittoria, solo $ 2 per un ciclo pulito e asciutto.
Un sacco di tour e attività gestite dall'ostello e molte opportunità per socializzare. 10/10 lo consiglierei!

TTamlynneAbbiamo prenotato la villa e amato assolutamente quanto fosse spazioso! È davvero possibile ottenere tutta l'esperienza a casa durante le vacanze in questo alloggio. Il spa si sentiva come un santuario e molto raccomandato dopo aver visto i templi. Il personale si occupava di tutti come se la famiglia fosse appena entrata in casa, non posso aspettare di prenotare di nuovo.

I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back
