"La vibrazione rustica/colonistica è molto interessante. Non sono riuscito a usare tutte le strutture perché ero lì solo per una notte, ma in generale ho pensato che fosse fantastico. Il personale ausiliario che mi ha consentito di lasciare il mio bagaglio al di fuori del mio ufficio prima del tempo di check-in e della buona posizione per quanto riguarda me."

"Questo posto era sul buon lato, ma il personale era un po' schizzoso e il prezzo dei loro servizi ha un'altra commissione del 10%, che per me è troppo. Questo forse spiega perché non ci sono molte persone che mangiano o che ne fanno uso; e poi sono arrivato alle dieci del mattino e mi sono chiesto se potessi controllare presto. Mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare $5 per controllare in anticipo, ma poi ho detto che ero disposto ad aspettare. Pochi minuti dopo, mi hanno chiesto di dare loro un buon esame sia su consulente di viaggio o su Google, così possono permettermi di entrare. L'ho fatto per il controllo, ma vorrei solo farle sapere che è successo, e spero che possano migliorare la situazione."

"Full smile and warm welcome greeting welcomed us when we arrived at the Hotel. Although the Hote isn't big nor the facilities aren't full, necessary ones are all there and are compact, useful enough and placed nicely. But out of them all, the most impressive thing is their hospitality. Mis. Chet Somnang (her nick name is Lucky), a front staff is kind, friendly and perfect in achieving her assignment with her wonderful communication skill of English. She answered to all of our questions and solved all our troubles in short time that made our stay more comfortable. If there was any other chance to visit Siem Reap I would have no alternative than Memoire Siem Reap Hotel to stay. Thank you so much, Lucky and all staffs of the Hotel."

"Conveniently located ~400m from pub street. U wanna be near to massage or night activity but not the bustling noise, this is the place. All the staff were super attentive. Laundry can be done for 2.2usd/kg We extend our stay for 2 nights. King bedroom with private bathroom. Different shower and toilet if anyone was super picky about it. We did not spend time on the rooftop bar bcs was busy sleeping and chasing massage parlor. Can accept Visa."

"Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Lub d Siem Reap in una camera mista da 10 letti. I servizi igienici erano sufficienti e molto puliti. L'ostello dispone di una piscina, di un bar e offre la possibilità di ordinare piatti molto gustosi. Anche come vegano/vegetariano avevo delle alternative lì. Tramite la struttura è possibile prenotare gite ad Ankor Wat, al mercato galleggiante e ad altre attrazioni."

"Questa è una sorpresa preziosa nascosta: questo hotel offre comfort e servizio ristorante come nessun altro nella sua categoria. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'ospitalità e dalla semplicità dei portieri che mi hanno fornito tutti i servizi e hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. La piscina è fantastica, anche se mi sentivo un po' ”sola”, non è un male (non ci sono troppi inquilini che nuotano). Anche se è sulla NR6 e sembra che sia nella periferia della città, tutto è a 2-3 km di distanza e un tuk-tuk è sempre disponibile di fronte all'hotel per portarti ovunque tu voglia. Circondato da numerose caffetterie e ristoranti locali all'aperto. Se ci tornerei la risposta è: certo che sì! Altamente raccomandato."

Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel. The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteAn excellent hotel near the centre of Siem Reap (Pub Street). The staff is super friendly highly professional and generally interested in your day or how the breakfast was for example. We booked a one hour massage. I‘m really happy about it. The massagers were highly trained and friendly. We really liked our stay here and we would absolutely come back! For us, we had only one point of improvement, we really chose this hotel also, because of the gym. But unfortunately the gym is the only thing that does not meet the hotel standard. The equipment is old and many of them don‘t work anymore. The lat pull down missed the safety locks. I would not consider this gym as a place where I wanna gym. However the gym experience didn‘t downgrade this hotel for me and the hotel was besides that above expectation. We also found the laundry a bit expensive, but the results of the laundry were absolutely excellent.

JJoelbastedoAnjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

AAiyuemengL'hotel si trova a una certa distanza da Bar Street + Old Market (accanto), ma l'hotel fornisce autobus tutù gratuiti per i due posti sopra indicati per il ritiro e la riconsegna. Le fermate dell'autobus sono relativamente fisse all'interno del raggio di Old Market e Bar Street. Devi chiedere alla reception e al personale di effettuare una prenotazione. Le informazioni di contatto VX del buon personale ti aspetteranno in un punto fisso al ritorno (è meglio scendere e salire al Luyuan Hotel). può anche fornire prezzi di ritiro a pagamento e puoi consultarli in anticipo (addebitare in base al prezzo di mercato). L'inglese del personale di servizio è molto buono, ma il cinese è nella media e viene migliorato. La posizione dell'hotel è molto tranquilla, l'ambiente è arredato con cura e ha le sue idee di design. EEdmondSimI am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out. I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

KKSea 14-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap. But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)! The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude. So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

UUtente anonimoOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, especially the girls working at the reception. Every request was taken care of, we were allowed an early check-in and a late check out. The food of the restaurant have some dishes with fair prices and I also liked their breakfast ( Ps: try their banana vanilla smoothie ;-) ) . The swimming pool side is also very nice, it’s not the biggest I’ve seen but you have enough place to swim and enjoy the water. The free shuttle to the center is also a good point because the hotel is not really close to pub street, but even booking a grab is cheap. I recommend 100%
