Enormous suite of rooms decorated in Khmer Colonial style. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and there was a quiet garden with a big swimming pool behind the building. Very relaxing place to stay at a reasonable price. Only problem was the noisy karaoke bar across the road - the horrendous singing booms throughout the building until well after midnight, and the hotel management really needs to ask them to turn the volume down for guests who want to relax in their rooms in the evening.

Hotel location is pretty good. Within 10mins of walk from pub street. We took the suite with two bedrooms, so it's very big. The suite comes with a kitchen, dining room, living room, washing machine. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. Staff were very polite and the breakfast spread is really good. We just had to order the breakfast one day before and it will be sent to our room the next day. The rooms are a little dusty though, furniture are a bit aged, and the lighting in the rooms are quite dim. There are no elevators in the hotel, but the porter will gladly assist you with your luggages.

Beautiful apartment room, spacious, well located, super friendly staff, walk distance from many restaurants and shopping areas, would book it again

Best Hotel In Siem Reap

酒店雖然有點老，但是服務態度挺好。酒店地理位置很好，附近吃飯做spa喝咖啡都很方便。

超級大的兩室一廳，適合家庭出遊，酒店服務也很好，打印竟然不收費。位置也很好，離吳哥博物館，幾步路就到the heritage walk商場，但是這商場現在衹有幾家餐飲和超市營業，樓上幾乎都是空的了。餐廳食物也挺好吃的，吃了幾頓都覺得不錯。

Sempre il migliore! Gentilezza, pulizia, grandissime camere, piscina, tutto! In centro a Siem Reap, comodissimo per pub street, zona tranquilla. Complimenti anche al ristorante!!! Fa non sottovalutare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie per averci aiutato nell'organizzazione della maratona!!!

Hotel molto bello ricavato in una imponente casa coloniale. Architettura tipica dell epoca. Camera enorme con due stanze da letto due bagni angolo cottura ampio soggiorno. Sembrava più un appartamento di metratura importante che una classica camera d albergo. Presente anche una lavatrice utilizzabile gratuitamente. Bella piscina. Colazione sufficiente

Good hotel in a great location. It has very large basic rooms that are comfortable and cool in this heat. The pool area is small, but does the job. Most importantly, the staff here went beyond excellent. They organised a private tour with a tuk tuk driver for a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. We wanted very specific timings and didn’t want a whole day. They provided this brilliantly. Tour guide name was Mr Thim Sothea he was brilliant. Please hire him and you will not be disappointed. This is a lovely hotel, large rooms, friendly, helpful staff and a lovely pool in a good location. All members of staff always have a smile for you from reception staff to the gardeners. We had a very good bond with two of the reception staff, Soprang and Srey Mao who we always had lots of conversations and fun with, they are an absolute credit to the hotel. We had a large bedroom, kitchen area with dining area and also a seating area and balcony, this was more than big enough. The only thing that would have been nice was for the seating to have been a bit more comfortable especially as we were staying for an extended time. We found the location was fine for us, it is a 12/15 minute walk into the centre.

We recently stayed at the Chateau d’Angkor La Residence in Siem Reap and it was truly outstanding. We had a two-bedroom suite, and it was incredible — spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. You won’t even find a speck of dust! The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families — it’s simply amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were large, clean and cool. All of the staff were very helpful and so friendly. The driver Sopheak, the tuk tuk driver Mr Hac and the guide Dara, all organised through the hotel, were excellent. Special thanks to Sopheak who assisted us paticularly with our visit to Kompong Phluk and was a great driver.
