Amazing location, service and place...It is very convenient, near center, near attractions and great rooftop swimming pool with great view.

The location and service are very good, however, some amenities needed to fix.

At first glance this hotel seemed like a good place to stay until I checked the room and realized that there was bath towels or hand soap. Furthermore, the television doesn't work and the bidet hose and nearly flood the room. I called for help but no one was able to assist because it was too early. I checked out early because I was a bit overwhelmed. I think if you're lucky enough to get a good room then you might like it there.

On my recent travels through Cambodia, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mera Residence in Siem Reap, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The friendly and efficient staff immediately set the tone for a delightful stay. Their warm welcome and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. The quality and spaciousness of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean, well-appointed, and filled with thoughtful amenities, my accommodation was a haven of comfort. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor, showcased a commitment to providing a top-notch guest experience. Situated in a convenient location near Angkor Wat the hotel's surroundings added to the overall appeal. Whether exploring the nearby centres or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, the accessibility was a definite plus. Breakfast was a culinary delight. The hotel offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes and drinks. I highly recommend trying the Khmer Options – a true gastronomic highlight. What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The seamless blend of elegance and comfort created an inviting ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay. Considering the superb service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent breakfast, I believe Mera Residence offers exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, my time at Mera Hotel and its Staff experience was nothing short of perfect. I look forward to returning in the future and extending my gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality.

Very Accomodating and very Hospitable. Very welcoming and will always greet people in and out the hotel. Friendly staff. One suggestion that we can give is to update the location of the hotel as it can’t be seen on the maps and the roads a bit not good. Overall I rate everything for 5 ❤️

Mein Aufenthalt im Mera Residence Hotel in Siem Reap war durchweg positiv. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das freundliche Personal, das stets bereit war zu helfen und den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Pool und einen angenehm gestalteten Innenhof, die nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen zur Entspannung einladen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Die Möglichkeit, direkt im Hotel einen Scooter zu mieten und Touren nach Angkor Wat zu organisieren, sowie der angebotene Taxiservice zum Flughafen, waren sehr praktisch und haben die Reiseplanung erleichtert. Das Frühstück wird zwar nur à la carte angeboten, bietet aber eine gute Auswahl und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut, besonders die Pancakes sind zu empfehlen. Der Wäscheservice des Hotels war preiswert und zuverlässig. Obwohl wir ursprünglich nur für zwei Nächte gebucht hatten, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt um drei weitere Nächte verlängert, was viel darüber aussagt, wie wohl wir uns gefühlt haben. Es gab zwar gelegentlich kleine organisatorische Schwächen, die aber angesichts des neuen Eigentümers und des neuen Teams verständlich sind. Insgesamt würde ich das Mera Residence Hotel definitiv für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Betracht ziehen und kann es anderen Reisenden empfehlen, die ein solides Hotel mit gutem Service in Siem Reap suchen.

隔音很差，旁邊有個音樂酒吧晚上很嘈。房間的電視📺開不了，電話☎️也是擺設的。實況沒有圖片新凈，房間很舊。服務員兩天才清潔一次房間。不過前台的小哥哥及小姐姐倒是很熱情。早餐🍳也很好吃。
