My first time in Cambodia so I was truly unsure about the quality of the accommodation, but honestly I think the quality of the service and smile is the one of the best I ever experienced. All staff at hotel Koulen central were absolutely fantastic and made enormous efforts to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised with a cake for my birthday. The rooms are big with very modern and beautiful design. Had fantastic sleep as well. They even pack our breakfast when we were going for the Angkor wat tour at 4:20AM. Especially I would love to thank you Ly Chneang and Ching Ching for making sure we have everything we need during our stay.

I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous hotels during my travels, but The Sarai has truly left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

L'Hotel Viroth è davvero uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Il servizio era meraviglioso, con pochi tocchi pensanti come fornire me mosquito ribelle prima di andare a piedi la sera. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro commerciale e di cena, ma è su una strada tranquilla e tranquilla. Questo hotel è bloccato in una bella tranquilla strada. Dalla data in cui entrate nel luogo, si può iniziare a sentire una bella vibrazione. E 'molto delizioso fatto con un sforzo che si sta facendo diventare ecologicamente amichevole a ogni passo. Le camere erano molto belle e confortevoli. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. L’unico problema che mi è stato affrontato è stato il lavaggio della vasca, il bagno, dove il fucile puntava a lato e non sarebbe rimasto puntato nel bacino. Un primo per me :-)

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

Una tutta l'esperienza consigliabile. L'unica cosa sbagliata da dire è che la colazione non era del tutto migliore. Poche opzioni, non era un buffet, ma dovevi scegliere un menu predefinito e non era troppo abbondante. Il caffè non era filtrato, ma istantaneo (che non si aspetta nelle zone tropicali).

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel durò un mese, costando circa 650 euro, e anche se il nostro sonno è stato soddisfacente, ci sono state numerose carenze. Anche se cercava attivamente altri hotel nello stesso intervallo di prezzo, nessuno di loro è stato soddisfacente. Tuttavia, a causa del comodo sonno che abbiamo vissuto, abbiamo deciso di rimanere, e se avessimo trovato una scelta più rispettabile, saremmo andati subito. I vantaggi comprendono un ambiente tranquillo e tranquillo di notte, nonché letti ragionevolmente comodi.

Infine, è circa TV cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up a wedding moon a bit expensive $ 7 charged . This hotel is a charming boutique hotel where you will feel relaxing and tranquil. The staffs esp Me Sna . Nita . Mey Seyh are so lovely especially Sna. Lovely person. Love the surroundings which are tucked within the local community. Although restaurants are not available, you can find food around the area as Siem Reap is not a big town.
