Outstanding hotel and simply couldn’t fault anything. Food was beautiful and so much choice everyday. A la carte restaurants are well worth a visit. Staff in every area work so hard and are polite, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone wants the best sunbeds every day and you did follow suit and be up in the morning to put your towels on your beds, but you find this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I would rather have a nice amount of space around the pool area than have more beds. The beach is literally just across the promenade and the pool bar will still come and serve you drinks. The beach gives you the alternative option to the pool area and again there are plenty of sunbeds. The spa services were superb and I used the services of the hair and beauty salon. A walk along the promenade into Side harbour is a lovely walk along the seafront area and meant you didn’t feel you were stuck in the hotel too far from other shops, bars and restaurants.We cannot thank every member of the team at this hotel from reception to poolside staff, housekeeping, waiting and bar staff, spa team, entertainment and security enough. Together everyone made our stay absolutely perfect.

Functions more like a mediocre BnB rather than a hotel. This is a family run hotel. Rooms are small and the balcony is just big enough to be able to turn around in. I came here solo and picked this hotel specifically to try and get away from the big rush of the resorts. However, after having stayed here I wish I’d gone to a resort! The room has the bare minimum, no fridge. It does however have a safe. Reception is not manned 24 hours as stated. I arrived at 11pm to find the doors closed and lights off. I waited there for several minutes until the owner appeared to let me in. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers to relax in if you want a chilled day by the pool. Don’t expect much from the food, I was severely disappointed. First, the meal timings are strict, 9-10am for breakfast and 7-8pm for dinner. Planning an early breakfast to go out and explore? Forget it. Not that the breakfast is worth staying for, the selection includes… bread, cereals, some vegetables, cheese and maybe a hard boiled egg (with the shell on) if you’re lucky. Expecting fried eggs, toast, beans, even croissants or cakes? Nope. By the third day, eating bread for breakfast gets boring. Dinner isn’t much better, there is a selection of about 4 hot dishes which I have to say tasted quite good, but again no selection and very rarely was there any form of dessert. Hoping for 2nds or 3rds? Forget it, if you arrive even 15-20 minutes late, expect that half the food will be gone (the good stuff anyway) and you’ll have to settle for some plain pasta or noodles or whatever carb source is up for grabs. The hotel boasts a “poolside bar” on the description. Yes it’s there, but unmanned. No one was behind the bar my entire stay. No food or drink available by poolside! Now the staff are generally very friendly, as is the hotel owner, but I’m afraid we had an incident. I had met someone on a Facebook travelling group and we had gone for some drinks the previous day. The next day he came over to my hotel for a few drinks. As he tried to leave, the hotel owner shouts at him and phones me down from my room to explain who he is. I explained he was a friend. He then starts arguing with my friend, makes him show his ID and threatens to physically assault him for entering the hotel! Disgusting behaviour. On my 2nd last day I approached one of the staff to enquire about late checkout as checkout was 12pm but my flight was at 10pm. He explained that it was fine and I could stay in the room until 5pm when my transfer arrives. I double checked this with him later after dinner just to be sure and he again explained it was fine. Lo and behold at breakfast the next day (the day I’m leaving!) he approaches me to tell me his boss told him I have to checkout by 12! With nothing planned so late notice, I had to spend hours in the lobby. I would definitely not stay here again, and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at abroad. Please just

Eine Woche Gast. Sehr sauber. Freundliche Rezeption. Zimmer zweckmäßig. Sehr gute Lage. Diverse Restaurants direkt in der Straße, Supermärkte, Fast Food, Sport Outlet um die Ecke. Altstadt von Side, Busbahnhof, Strand fußläufig. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Dazu das inkludierte Frühstück in sehr schönem Restaurant. Mal nicht als Buffet, sondern umfangreich auf großem Brett serviert. War begeistert.

I have visited Aura Boutique Hotel several times now, but I never had time to write a review, but this time came!!! Good morning, the owner of the hotel is very, very polite towards all the guests, he tries to help, I will try to advise and give hints at every step to make the guests feel like they are in a second home and around the hotel there are many nice things that are very important for a good rest in this hotel, check-in usually takes no longer. than 5 minutes is also very important because in most hotels it takes 15-20 minutes, no one is in a hurry, no one is in any tension, but here it takes quite quickly and efficiently. Secondly, if someone arrives by car, there is a closed parking lot where you can easily leave your car. without paying extra money for it, the third thing is in front of the hotel, opposite, there is a hairdressing salon called Salih and Fatma, you can go for a shave, you can go for your hair, you can go for other treatments, which I always use, when I come back to the hotel, the rooms and the entire hotel are in a nice designer style always very, very clean and tidy. Everything is in place, the price is also very attractive compared to what we have - a nice room with a comfortable bed, cosmetics and air conditioning, where in the summer it is very important that you can set the air conditioning and go to the balcony and the room will cool down because it is summer after all very hot in Turkey at the very top and top floor of this boutique hotel and there is a beautiful terrace Where you can spend the evening, drink good wine and eat a delicious breakfast in the morning with a view of the entire Old Side, it is a really very nice view ;-)) Everywhere from here it's close to: It's close to the taxi rank, it's close to the beach, it's close to the restaurant because it's opposite 🤣 When I travel to Side, I always visit this hotel, even if I'm not a guest! Arma Bella Sun da 5 gece ailemle birlikte tatil yaptık.Hersey çok güzeldi otelin konumu denize yakınlığı ortamı harikaydı. Animasyon ekibi barda çalışan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlülerdi özellikle Hikmet hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz.Ranzali oda da konakladık çok temiz ve konforunda.Tesekkurler.....

Bugun ayrildik. Otel cok şirin. Havuzu bahçesi cok temiz ve düzenli. Huzurlu bir ortam. Kahvaltısi yeterli. Akşam yemeği lezzet konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama fiyat performans olarak bizi memnun etti. Ailecek 1+1 odada kaldık. Genel anlamda iyiydi. Klima buzdolabı çalışıyordu. WiFi bağlantısı simdiye kadar kaldığım 5 yıldız otellerde dahil en iyisiydi diyebilirim. Havuz başında bile ful çekiyordu. Ufak tefek eksikler vardı ama bir telefonla sorunlara anında çözüm sunmaları eksikleri tamamlamaları çok güzeldi. Zaten onemli olan da bu. Tüm çalışanlar cok kibar ve ilgilerdi. elif hanım ve Furkan bey canla başla misafirlerin memnuyeti için kosturuyorlardi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkürler. Bazı yorumlar çok acımasız. Bu paraya 5 yıldızlı otel hizmeti ve konforu almak istiyorlar sanırım. İlginç.. biz memnun ayrıldık. Sideye tekrar gelecek olursak tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. 2 senelik bir isletmeymiş. Elif hanım ve Furkan beye de başarılar ve bol kazançlar diliyorum.
