Lemas Suite Hotel

In this hotel nothing was to much trouble for anyone working there they were always smiling and polite saying good morning and taking the time to have a chat when they could. The service was second to none they catered to our every need and could not do enough to make are stay even better in any way they could. The facility’s at the hotel were second to none. The food was delicious and they catered to every dietary requirement. The bar staff were very friendly and polite and the entertainment they provided was a delight to watch. The cleaners were amazing they keep this place looking and feeling spotless especially Fatma she always greeted us with a smile and asked how we are doing. Dilek on reception was always eager to help with advice and recommendations for restaurants and local knowledge about things to do and where to go. The swimming pool was a god send always nice and cool giving you a chance to have a break from the sun when you need to. The pool is cleaned every night. The hotel is ideally located just a five minute walk to shops and restaurants. Side old town is a must if you have a chance there is plenty of restaurants and bars and shops for you to Peruse at your leisure and plenty of history to take in while you are there. All in all this has been a great probably one of the best holidays we have been on to Turkey we have already booked the same hotel for next year. Can not wait to come back again.

Had a good time, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but dated. The bathrooms were nice looked like they had been renovated more recently. Main issue is the wifi did not work in the rooms and only in communal areas/sometimes on the room balcony which was inconvenient - we asked the reception staff who advised us it should be working but the next day we saw a sign on the reception door stating WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms due to contractual reasons. Overall pleasant stay

Hotel location: located on a back street away from the hustle bussle offers a quite tranquil atmosphere. About a ten minute walk to nearest bars, shops and restaurants allthouth there is a supermarket 5 mins away with all the holiday essentials and for cheap. 20 min walk to the beach but the hotel offers a free shuttle service at 10 & 11am to a beach club (I recommend this) for you beach gooers. 30 minute walk to Side old town but the on site shop keeper will take you for 10 euros. Seeing the old town is a must! Hotel Facilities: The hotel is a small but warm and welcoming hotel that gives family run vibes. The pool is lovely, well maintained and clean. There is large pool and a baby pool and also a pool across the road at the other building which is very quiet and peaceful. For all the main action like music, pool bar and and pool table, darts ect the main pool is the place to be. Always free sunbeds when we went. Wifi: worked fine around the pool and bar area but signal dropped off in rooms. The reception is small but always a smiling face when entering which brings me onto the staff... Staff: the staff are amazing! We had many inquiries from places to go, taxis and such and they was always at hand to help. Nothing was ever too much. The bar staff is where me and my partner had the best laughs with the staff. Again all friendly and attentive. Massive thank you to Shine who made sure we was always catered to and you could have have a laugh with him. The rooms: I'm not going to lie, the rooms are very basic but also offer everything that we needed. It's a cheap oldish hotel in Turkey so keep that in mind. They where clean and maids visited to clean and tidy our room. Even though on arrival there where no towels, we asked at reception and they brought us some that was then replaced with fresh ones every day. The beds at first seemed abit on the hard side but they ended up being actually quite comfy. Shower was a good shower and the air con worked fine and was lovely. We stayed in room 112 which was right next to the pool bar so could get loud as the night goes on but most nights we got involved or it didnt bother us because we stayed up late. Balcony was lovely surrounded by plants and nature. That's right we saw cats, chickens and hedgehogs while sat on our balcony, which we loved. A kitten even kept sleeping on our balcony and she was adorable. Activities/entertainment: the hotel, like I've already said is small with not a large amount of guests, so the daytime entertainment that you would get in a 5 star all inclusive hotel is not on offer but there is night time entertainment. We was there for 6 nights and there was 2 entertainment nights scheduled which where good 👍. No child focused entertainment though and not much for little ones to do within the grounds of the hotel. Small slide and park and the pool. Out and about though there is tons of restaurants and bars with play areas for kids. Which brings me on to my finale point.
