Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione e pasti abbastanza vari e buoni. Area piscina e bar rilassanti. Chicca, non per tutti, la piscina fronte stanza condivisa con poche camere. Pecca non c'è una vera e propria spiaggia però c'è il canale dell'amore, molto caratteristico e meta di pellegrinaggio di molti turisti. Da ripetere.

L'unica cosa a quattro stelle di questo albergo e' il prezzo: 1720 euro per sei notti, piu' di 280 euro l'una. Per il resto, due stelle sarebbero un'esagerazione, e il singolo cerchietto che gli ho assegnato e' dovuto al fatto che non posso assegnare niente di peggio: se potessi, assegnerei dieci cerchietti negativi. La nostra stanza era di dimensioni modeste, aveva mobili dozzinali e scompagnati e soprattutto era sporca. Pavimento e bagno non erano stati lavati da tempo ed erano costellati di macchie sospette. Solo dopo ripetute e vibranti proteste siamo riusciti a ottenere un po' di pulizia. La struttura ricorda una scadente edilizia popolare: materiali di infima qualita' che si disfano al sole e alla salsedine, crepe ovunque, superfici sconnesse e consunte. Il "ristorante" del "tutto compreso" e' un buffet stile mensa aziendale e, in una zona in cui una cena di pesce per due, con una bottiglia di vino, costa in media 50/60 euro, nell'unica sera in cui ci siamo affacciati per dargli un'occhiata offriva come piatto forte cannelloni al ragu'. Non c'e' spiaggia privata e quella pubblica e' una discarica di rifiuti. Devo continuare? Noi siamo stati fregati; scrivo perche' non lo siate anche voi.

Dopo anni la mia prima recensione in assoluto e solo perché il personale è stato eccezionale. Sono stato il primo ospite dell'anno, quindi il personale si è appena ambientato, ma ha fatto di tutto per il servizio, ma soprattutto per gentilezza e generosità. Una lezione per tutti gli hotel.

More like a 2 star, No towels for first 24hrs at reception , meant to be every other day, when mentioned to rep it was every 3 days wow ! First set of towels very threadbare and almost white but should have been yellow, towels only cover 2/3rds of sunbed Hotel very tired needing quite a bit of maintainance , some very basic and minutes to fix , gardener pours himself beer in the restaurant during day even after sorting wheelie bins out and not attempting even a hand wash before helping himself! Food very basic not a fussy eater but ate out 4 days out of 7. Poor quality all inclusive with a fair share of flys around on food due to all being open Had to pay 50euros to keep room after 11am as evening flight and nowhere to shower or change except outside shower and reception suggested changing in toilet Been to many hotels around the world but this one is definately not one to return to, shame as lovely location

We stayed here as a family of three. We had upgraded to a swim up room and the terrace and pool and sun all afternoon which was great if you’ve had enough of the main pool. Room was cleaned every day fresh pool towels every other. A good variation of food. If you do get bored of all inclusive there are plenty of restaurants on the main road. Has a little private beach with a swimming cove but does get very busy. Sun set views are amazing.

We ordered a certain type of room and got another and they didn't have the room we ordered. There is no water flow to shower and the wifi does not work either. The hotel is fully booked and there is no seating in the pool and the beach is not arranged for the hotel with lounge chairs. The room we got is not a family room because it has uncomfortable and even dangerous stairs and the bathroom and toilet is on the parents' upper floor so it is impossible for the children to go up the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Every floor has an air conditioner but there is only one remote control. The restaurant in the hotel (not the dining room) is really not up to standard and the service is bad.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Room was perfect. Booked especially for all inclusive but surprised and disappointed there was no entertainment at all. Food was ok but not really 4 star in my opinion. Was fine for the three nights we were there.

We stayed here last month for 10 nights in a duplex room. The hotel itself is lovely , nice pool , no sun-bed wars and good location. The room was excellent which was cleaned daily . Now for the negatives- i feel the food choices are not a 4* , not a lot of choices and odd choices . No soup at lunchtime nor ham/cheese to go with a salad . Ive never been to a 4* hotel where there isn’t a chef that makes fresh omelettes / pancakes for breakfast and carves meat in the evening or makes a stir fry ect . What we did eat was nice but not very hot , and actually cold at times . The best meal we had was the bbq on a Sunday fresh and hot . Drinks- I know it’s a preference but there isn’t amaretto nor Malibu on the all inclusive so I struggled to find a drink that suited me . The cocktail selection was poor , not even the basic pina colada on the menu . I have read reviews on this that they take everyone’s comments into consideration but the situation is the same . I would return if the hotel was b&b , pity really , the food and drinks let the hotel down we ate out 6 nights out of 10 which was an extra cost after paying all inclusive.
