From stepping into the 2 bedroom apartment inside for the first time it was horrible. Dark dingy smelt musty . No living or eating are for 4 people. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain. No basic soap to wash your hands . Toilet seat was cracked. Food and crisp wrappers under the beds. There was no cleaning done prior to us arriving at all. We looked out on our balcony and there was broken glass that had was still there from the previous people. There was 2 plug sockets in the 2 bedroom apartment . When we complained to the TUI rep she said that the manager said that the cleaners were off that day of our arrival. I said I don’t think it’s been cleaned for weeks looking at the dust and the food that was under the beds. The TUI rep assured us that it would be done the next day. We went to the beach the next day and the cleaners still hadn’t come in to clean. I tried contacting the TUI rep on the number she gave me and I couldn’t contact her. It must of been her day off to. We were very disappointed with the response we had received and won’t be booking any holiday with TUI again. Please stay well away from this place it’s terrible

Fantastic location. Attentive staff. Our room cleaner was brilliant. Kept our room very clean. Good fun at the bar in the evening with Nikos. Lauren was great at the pool bar during the day. Breakfast was a basic continental but you are able to order cooked breakfasts there. Very good hotel. Met some great people who go each year. Not sure if we would return to Corfu as found it very expensive compared to other places. Weather was fantastic and mozzies had a field day when out and about.

Stopped at the Sellas for a week and really enjoyed our stay, the room was basic but for the £ was better than you’d expect , staff were fantastic, special shout out to Nikos who was brilliant at the bar - location is perfect for lots of very good bars and restaurants - well worth a visit

4 of us travelled (all women). We booked a 2 bedroom 2 storey apartment near the smaller pool. The apartments are very dated and need some TLC. It was 90 Euros for the air conditioning for the week which was needed. Kitchen area - temperature knob was missing off the cooker. The fridge was in a tight corner and hard to access due to a table being there, very small ice compartment. No toaster !!!! we had a sandwich maker, kettle, no microwave either. Not really equipped for self catering. Bedrooms - both bedrooms had 2 single beds in them, only one plug socket per bedroom so definately take a extension lead/adaptors otherwise you will struggle. One of the beds in the upstairs bedroom, if moved, one of the legs fell off !! Downstairs had a toilet and small sink. Bathroom (upstairs) - small shower with a curtain, flooded everytime someone used it so you can imagine after 4 women have used it. Toilet in this bathroom was not good, rust stains all down the inside of it so it really did not look clean. I did look around another holiday makers studio apartment, similar set up but obviously only one room + bathroom. Look better than what we had. Food/Bar area - good food and good drinks, I think they dont equip the self catering rooms so that you go and spend your money there to be honest. Other than issues above, a nice enough hotel in a very good location. Would consider stopping again but would have to really think about what room we would like to book. It certainly would not be the room we were in.

Fabulous hotel with excellent staff, and lovely food, rooms cleaned regularly and rooms have everything u need, location is great, very private and near to everything. Lauren works very hard and Nikos at the bar makes excellent cocktails, with regular people that keep coming back, excellent hotel.

Absolutely not lovely, funny that there are 178 reviews positive that all use the word lovely. Unclean, unsafe, dishonest and the worst accommodation a human can imagine. Total health hazard yet tui continue to sell this, are we going to wait until another person dies in Corfu
