Jinghu International Hotel

I bambini erano molto contenti e appena entravano dalla porta cominciavano a giocare in vari modi. Ero riluttante a dormire la notte e alla fine ho accettato di dormire dopo aver detto che avrei giocato di nuovo domani. Oltre all'ottimo servizio, hanno aiutato ad accendere in anticipo l'aria condizionata. Faceva troppo caldo quando entrammo nella stanza.

No good English skills, a bit difficult to communicate. The other services almost perfect without comments.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.
