Hotel in zona Casa de Cultură & Dialog Friedrich Teutsch, Sibiu

Credo sia la prima volta che gli metto una stella in un hotel, e perché non posso mettere nulla. Nei quattro giorni che abbiamo passato non ci hanno fatto la stanza, né una sola notte: né fare le letti, né vuotare le cartoline, né barrare, né pulire il bagno ... Solo cambiavano/arregolavano i tovaglioli. Era un viaggio familiare e noi occupavamo tre camere diverse e non ne facevano nessuna. Abbiamo parlato con la ricezione il primo giorno, e prima ci dicevano che solo cambiavano le sabane ogni tre giorni. Non volevamo che ci cambiassero niente, ci trovassimo nella stanza in condizioni, ci capissimo e ci dicevano che ci avrebbero portati una nota. Abbiamo ripreso la nostra denuncia e si sono limitati a coprire le spalle e a dire che lo avrebbero già commentato. L'ultimo giorno sembrava scherzo. Abbiamo messo in foto ciò che consideravano un letto fatto. Totalmente inaccettabile per un hotel di 3 stelle. La sala da pranzo non era nemmeno troppo pulita. Quello che cade sul pavimento, sul pavimento rimaneva fino a quando non era finita la turno. La connessione WiFi non funzionava tutti i giorni. È ben situato e si può parcheggiare facilmente gratuitamente in strada accanto all'hotel. Non posso consigliarlo in alcun modo. È proprio davanti a una Ramada dove si può trovare il letto fatto e la stanza pulita.

Avevamo una delle più piccole camere. Pensavamo che mancasse il carattere e il fascino. La luce nella camera da letto e nella camera da bagno era davvero povera. La stanza era davvero buia e incredibilmente difficile se una donna che desidera applicare la maquillatura. La stanza non disponeva di accessori adeguati. Il colazione incluso era ampio e in una sala da pranzo molto piacevole. Il personale è molto piacevole e utile! Il parcheggio incluso gratuito è stato un grande bonus! Per qualche motivo non potevamo ottenere acqua calda nel bacino, ma fortunatamente il doccia aveva acqua calda.

La velocità di rete dell'hotel è relativamente lenta, è necessario correre per trovare un segnale nell'edificio, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e aiuta a cambiare la stanza, ma c'è ancora un problema. Il colazione dell'hotel è ricco.

Ho visitato Sibiu per un incontro d'affari e sono rimasto in questo hotel.Le camere erano belle e pulite, il colazione era buono, anche se non molto diverso (non mi aspettavo più). Il ristorante era anche buono e la posizione era piuttosto vicino al centro (in Sibiu tutto sembra essere relativamente vicino), ed era una buona esperienza hotel.

In fact, I had a reservation, but I refused to stay at the hotel due to the conditions and the rudeness of the staff (who were probably following the owner's instructions). The German-named hotel, a rip-off, was pretty much like the one I got with Johannis. You check in, go to your room, and find that it's very hot. You fiddle with the high-tech AC control system on a tablet embedded in the wall, only to discover that it's already set to the minimum temperature with the ventilation at maximum, yet it still displays 27 degrees in the room. You take off your shoes and sit by the ventilation grille, noticing a slight breeze (and I'm not exaggerating, just a slight breeze) that probably aims for 25-26 degrees. I've spent several years cumulatively in hotels, so I know their tricks. I open TripAdvisor and search for reviews, and of course, all the ones from the summer period complain about the lack of AC. I go down to the reception and ask the lady there if they have any rooms where the AC works and if they won't shuffle me from room to room as they did with other tourists who had written about this ”strategy,” probably devised by the rude owner. The lady assures me that she will solve my problem: two more rooms and luggage tours through the hotel, only to find out that it was exactly as I suspected: no room could provide a decent temperature. The lowest was 26 degrees with the AC running at maximum for 5 hours (in a colleague's room who had arrived earlier). I don't understand two things: How does a place like this get a 4-star rating? Probably the same way gas stations between buildings do. What kind of owner is so rude and stingy that they won't solve the problem and won't instruct their staff to try to fool the customer by shuffling them from room to room, even though they have reviews from 2022 pointing out the issue? PS: I mustn't forget two more aspects: brown wooden doors in a design with white and gray in the rooms; it's as if a blind person thought of the color combination. The parking lot might be enough for 10% of the rooms, and the reception lady encourages you to park at the nearby Mega Image supermarket where the parking spaces are marked as for the store's customers. When you ask if that's not a problem, you're told to put your car in a less noticeable spot in the back; otherwise, the store staff might notice and come to ”complain” about it. This is Romanian tourism (even with a German name) in the ”land of well-done things.”

Ci siamo sentiti benissimo, la sistemazione era all'altezza delle aspettative (e delle stelle). Ampia stanza, con un design funzionale e piacevole, un utile balcone per i fumatori :). Personale molto gentile, siamo rimasti davvero piacevolmente sorpresi :). Come punto bonus, abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione sia in termini di varietà che di freschezza dei piatti disponibili. Il parcheggio è da sogno...gratuito e supervisionato sia dalle telecamere che noi in qualsiasi momento del soggiorno :)

The atmosphere in this hotel, in this period of time is amazing: Christmas Trees, Christmas Carols, even the smell from halls reminder of Christmas Seasons. The breakfast was very, very good. Everything your heart desire. The food from traditional restaurant was very tasty, specially goulash. Friendly staff
