Second time staying at this property. They were exceptionally nice to upgrade us complimentary to a 1 bedroom suite.

Overall, the hotel was not bad. However, the bathroom had a horrible smell throughout my stay from the sewers, which is obviously not okay. Another thing is the breakfast food, not many options and the dishes weren’t that flavourful. Some dishes weren’t hot and fresh, just sitting there. Despite that, service was good and staff were friendly and committed.

I stay at 16th floor the view is really fantastic to see the beautiful sunset. Staffs in reception is just ok in English but very helpful. Buffet breakfast starts very early at 05:30 but choices are not so many.

Good location, ample and fresh sea breeze. Spacious lobby and refreshing welcome drinks. Rooms and hotel amenities are well design and periodically maintained.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, and whilst they only cater to an Asian clientele, that was no big deal as far as I was concerned. The facilities, especially the pool and the onsen are first rate. The only drawback is the parking, but to be quite honest, it didn’t present to much of a handicap.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is clean, and all the staff are lovely. The room rates are very reasonable, and there’s a free onsen available. The hotel also offers a spa with massage services, providing a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
