I will start by saying that the staff was great and the hotel was basically clean. The overall issue is maintenance. A little paint, calk and TLC would go a long way here. I would start with fixing the signs light bulbs. The room smelled musty and the AC struggled. The curtain was torn and the TV was dated. The furniture was worn and threadbare. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was done in the cheap. No oatmeal on sad looking meat, 2 pieces of toast in the basket and the waffle mix/syrup were empty.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è stato appena costruito, quindi le strutture erano pulite e la stanza era in buona condizione. Il personale del receptionist era così amichevole e il colazione era buono perché potevo mangiare colazione con muffin inglese, succo di caffè, pane, yogurt, frutta, ecc.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time last week. We live an hour away and came to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is built next to the Black Warrior River in the newly renovated River Park area which is a short walk to many bars and restaurants. There is also ample parking. The property itself is modern and very clean.. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was 523, just a few doors from the Rooftop Bar. Our room was immaculate, very comfortable, and offered a nice view of the river. We visited the Rooftop Bar participated in a Rose’ wine tasting with a portion of the proceeds going to the local food bank. There we tasted some really good wines and had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel General Manager, Cassie, and the Assistant General Manager, Daniellie, who went out of there way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Later that evening, we sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the nighttime view of the city. We will definitely return, making this hotel a regular for weekend getaways. Thanks again to Cassie, Daniellie, and the entire Hotel Indigo staff for a fantastic stay!

Clean enough and fairly quiet under the week. However, unfriendly staff, not the least bit welcoming. Breakfast was limited and the coffee was coming out in the form of water....,took out the charge for the room and a security deposit was taken out for 100 additional dollars and it took four days to get back. They made you feel like some kind of criminal when checking in. Warning after warning.... no welcoming feeling.

The only thing we weren't happy about is paying full price 131 00 no notice when booking that they are remodeling so there was no breakfast and just a man sitting at the front door with a small table and a computer checking people in the whole down stairs was a mess. I felt bad for the man cause he was the one getting all the complaints from upset guests. But on a good note our room was very clean and the beds are comfortable....

We chose this Microtel after having a VRBO property cancel on us last minute. Don’t let the 2 star fool you! This Wyndham property was clean, with newly remodeled bathrooms, had comfortable beds, lots of snacks & friendly staff. Only issue is the shower design makes the bathroom floor wet past the shower so don’t leave anything out on the tile.

225210025La stanza era pulita e l'hotel era tranquillo, ma 2 grandi questioni. 1. Arriviamo un po' presto. Ho chiesto un check-in precoce e mi sono detto $20 all'ora. Posso capire se i custodi di casa lavorano ancora o se gli ospiti si accingono o se ne andavano, ma c'erano due auto in parcheggio, una delle quali era la persona del desk front. Abbiamo appena fatto shopping per quella ora piuttosto che pagare questo. 2. Anche se ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, mi sono pagato 50 dollari per assicurarmi che non fumassi nella stanza. Ho chiesto se gli ospiti in stanza dovessero pagare un deposito - guardati vuoti. Mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto un deposito rimborsato entro 5 giorni dall'uscita, ma dovevo chiamare 3 volte. Questo sconvolgimento per ogni dollaro extra è ridicolo e non rimarrò più in questa catena.
