I arrived on the first night that the hotel was open since Hurricane Helene hit. I was greeted by Aaron and after have a very difficult month, he was a breath of fresh air. He made me feel very welcome, he was kind, very knowledgeable, and got me checked in very quickly and efficiently. I’m thankful I met him and although I didn’t work with Joanne, she still went out of her way to greet me with a smile and I definitely needed that. Since I’ve been here, they have helped me everytime I’ve needed help. Patrick, one of the many great bartenders out at the main pool is all smiles. You can tell that he really enjoys what he does, mostly he really enjoys making guests feel welcome. He keeps it relaxed but he still makes drinks so quickly. I’m thankful for his kindness and constant enthusiasm. You can really see how his goal is to give people the best experience they can possibly have. I know he’s put a smile on my face numerous times. Thank you all, Aaron, Patrick, and Joanne! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your family, friends, yourself and anyone else you can think of to this beautiful and friendly resort, you will not regret it! Easily 5 stars, no question!
