Hotels con servizi di trasferimento a Zamboanga

NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.

L'hotel si trova a buon mercato lungo la strada Jaldon a Zamboanga City. Puoi andare facilmente in luoghi come l'aeroporto, i negozi (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), il barter a Canelar e la City Hall. È possibile andare dall'hotel alla City Hall o forse al Gov. Lim Boulevard. L'hotel può essere molto ricco, poiché è un luogo popolare per molti eventi, tra cui feste e seminari. Le camere sono a posto considerando il prezzo. Le tute e i tovaglioli sono vecchi, quindi spero che l'hotel acquisti nuovi tute e tovaglioli anche per le camere a basso prezzo. Le nostre camere non avevano finestre, quindi è difficile dire se il tempo esterno è buono. La TV funziona ma ha canali limitati. Il buffet è medio ma sufficiente, ma il personale è utile, ma a volte sembra essere superato, perché si trovano in molti.

The hotel staff were very kind and responsive before we arrived to the hotel, helping us with airport transfer. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is conveniently located next to many local shops and SM City Mindpro. We were able to easily get tricycles to Paseo Del Mar, KCC, and Canelar Barter Trade Center. However, there were several issues. The smell was unpleasant in the room and could improve on cleanliness altogether. The room is very dark - lighting is not great, and our window was facing another wall, so we did not get much natural sunlight. We may have gotten an outdated room. TV was not working properly. Aircon remote was not working properly - had to request another one. It was an okay stay.

We picked this hotel because it is the highest rated hotel in Zamboanga City in TripAdvisor and there were no horrible comments. That’s really not a compliment for the city. The highest rated hotel in Zamboanga is, sadly, average to below average. It was not a bad experience, but it was not impressive. What’s good is that the hotel runs like a real one. People are polite and accommodating, the room we were given was clean, the sheets while not new-looking were clean and clean-smelling. However, it’s dated and it just has to pay attention to things that travellers like my family will see very negatively, like holes and stains on the curtains, stains on the carpet, the need to re-grout the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was average, if not lacking. In my experience, the addition of breakfast longganisa and arroz caldo could up the breakfast experience significantly. If this amazing city wants more tourists from Manila and even other countries, it has to have a hotel that gives an excellent experience. With the kind of good service it gives, this hotel can be an excellent one. Good luck and I hope the hotel takes this review as a positive challenge.

Ho avuto una festa di compleanno sorprendente organizzata dalla mia famiglia all' LM Hotel il 17 settembre, che è stata una divertente e memorabile esperienza, e mi ha colpito l'eccellente servizio fornito dal personale. Ho pagato la fattura in pieno tramite carta di credito e ho anche lasciato un consiglio generoso per riconoscere il duro lavoro dei server, ma una settimana dopo ho scoperto che la mia carta di credito era stata sovraccaricata. Mi sono rivolto immediatamente all'hotel per risolvere il problema, ma ciò che è stato seguito è stato un'esperienza frustrante: mi sono messo in lunghe stazioni, trasferito tra i dipartimenti, e mi è stato ripetutamente detto che il problema era dovuto alla banca. Nonostante le loro promesse di rimborsare i costi eccessivi, sono passate settimane e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risoluzione. Mentre la celebrazione stessa era grande, la mancanza di onestà e responsabilità dell’Hotel LM nel gestire la questione della fatturazione mi ha lasciato sentire tradito. È deludente che ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere una semplice correzione sia diventato un problema in corso. Un hotel che si orgogliosa del servizio dovrebbe garantire che le loro operazioni finanziarie siano altrettanto professionali e trasparenti quanto la loro ospite. Che vergogna! Per tutti i patroni, spero che controllerete le vostre transazioni bancarie con questo istituto. Chi sa che potreste essere un'altra vittima di questo disastro!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Marcelina, and unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular male manager or who I think is the officer in charge. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to create a pleasant environment, the conduct of the manager was deeply disappointing. During my stay, I observed that this manager interacting with hotel staff in a manner that can only be described as unprofessional. This behavior was evident not only in his communication with guests but also in his interactions with the hotel staff. As a guest and a former hotelier, witnessing such behavior from a manager not only diminished the quality of my stay but also created a negative atmosphere within the hotel. One specific incident that stood out occurred when I overheard him engaged in a conversation with someone else. The tone and language used were unprofessional and did not align with the standards of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment. It was disheartening to witness a manager representing the hotel in such a manner. With his behavior this individual should not be working in a hotel. The impact of his behavior extended beyond my personal observations, as I noticed a visible discomfort among the hotel staff. This created an unfavorable atmosphere that undoubtedly affected the overall guest experience. I believe it is crucial for the management of the hotel to address these concerns promptly. A manager's role is pivotal in shaping the perception of the hotel, and the unprofessional conduct displayed detracts from the otherwise positive aspects of the establishment. In the interest of maintaining a high standard of hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience, I recommend that the hotel management or owner address this matter promptly. Training programs on professional conduct and effective communication may be beneficial for him and the staff alike.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Looking forward to stay here once again with my family. Thank you very much Winzelle! Maybe the WiFi system can be improved so that we can easily communicate with our families in the abroad, but so far the location is good, its surrounding buildings and shops are also good to explore the beauty of Zamboanga City.
