The hotel is very big just the housekeeper don't have much time to deep clean .the hotel toilet full with hairs ..pls ask the housekeeper to maintain the toilet bowl too. Hope there is govt rate for govt servants

UUtente ospiteDuring our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming.
Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options.
However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes.
For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

EElmira FilzaI had an incredible stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Fadzlina was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

CCHIK CHUN KITThe last minute booking on this Mega View Hotel .it is not bad staying there for 2 days . We have walk around to the masjid Kuantan some of the night market. We felt like very chill.

La ricezione della signora del conteggio deve essere più cortese e intelligente per risolvere la richiesta del cliente che il cliente ha prenotato la stanza molto prima e ottenere una stanza di sostituzione per il comfort dei vostri ospiti.

ZZaidah SitiStaying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

TTan chun yapIl terzo piano è orribile, si può sentire il suono di un serbatoio d'acqua quasi tutta la notte. Era così disturbante per il sonno leggero. Nel frattempo mi hanno trasferito in un'altra stanza vuota con finestra, un altro incubo! Rumore dalla strada e molto caldo al giorno, ma hanno riuscito a spostarmi in un'altra stanza migliore dopo la mia denuncia. Una ragazza indiana al di fuori del desk non sembra godere del suo lavoro, kudos al custode PN Zana. Room well kept during my stay
