Come musicista di tour, ho soggiornato in hotel di grande scala in tutto il mondo, e questo potrebbe essere il mio preferito NONCHE. Molto comodo, camere tranquille. La struttura è bella e benvenuta all'interno e all'esterno con un design aperto, moderno. Mi è piaciuto molto la piscina/spa/scuola di ginnastica - con una vista eccellente, questo è un grande luogo per iniziare la mattina! Il ristorante e il bar adatto sono molto bello. La cosa più importante è che ogni persona che lavora qui, sia il personale del desk front, la sicurezza o l'agenzia ***, è EXCEPTO. Sono fieri del loro hotel e vogliono davvero che tu goda il tuo soggiorno. L'hotel è anche in un bel quartiere. Spero sinceramente di tornare!

UUtente ospiteIt's a great stay there every thing is perfectly fine. Behavior of staff reception is also good maintain good hygiene, food is also great with great atmosphere room. Service is good too. I find this hotel from google and customers rating and it's truly deserve every star.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to key attractions and business hubs in the city. The dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes served in a hygienic and well-organized setting. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were impressive, reflecting the hotel commitment to guest satisfaction.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

We recently stayed at Citi Residenci for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Positives: The service has notably improved since our last visit six months ago. One significant change was the correction in pricing for bottled water, which was charged as per MRP this time, unlike before. Room service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly to requests, a clear improvement from our previous stay. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and taste. Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was noticeable seepage on the bathroom ceiling, which caused a musty smell. The shower curtain was quite dirty, and the room itself had a stale odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The sofa chair in the room was worn out, and on the first day, some essential bathroom toiletries were missing. Despite the room's poor condition, the improvement in service made this stay better than our last. However, more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Great location, value, excellent rooms and room service for a very affordable price. I have srayed in this hotel twice now. You will get everything that you might need in and around. Right around the ground floor entrance, there areresraurants, street food, a liquer departmental store, and car park. The biggest mall is about 5 mins walk. Great connectivity as very close to the local transport hub. Its a very safe neighbourhood and the staff are well trained and cordial. This is the reason its our goto hotel every year in Dec for my school union.

L'hotel non ha il proprio ristorante quindi è necessario acquistare cibo dall'esterno o app online. Le camere erano pulite e igienico. Richiesta al proprietario - fornire coperture di scheda come i scheda sono utilizzati indietro n indietro dai vostri clienti che possono portare a problemi di salute.
