好！住二樓水壓很夠力，瘦點的人可以被推走。之前花灑水管有問題很快解決了。住的時候房間窗子是對外面大馬路，把窗子拉緊，窗簾關了，不吵。離賀州學院西校區很近很近，左手邊拐彎，過個馬路就到了。隔音效果感覺還行，也可能我隔壁客人素質比較好，沒聽到説話聲音，除了樓上有偶爾拖凳子聲音。網速比較捉急偶爾要連隔壁房間的網，後面隔壁幾個房間人退房後，就很順暢了。總體挺好的。洗衣機房間沒有，是公共的。
