La persona del desk front sbagliò la mia carta, anche se tutto era pagato e cancellava il pagamento, ma lei si prendeva cura di me e le mie esigenze, mi assicurava di mia figlia e io sono comodo. Ecco perché rimango qui ogni volta che visito!

L'hotel ha bisogno di una rinnovazione, abbiamo avuto un blocco di nozze, abbiamo visto molte camere. I bagni sembravano che le cracche fossero state svuotate per una dozzina di volte, le porte erano chiuse, i mattoni erano stati tinturati, i pannolini erano stati tinturati, i mobili erano tinturati, ecc. Quando siamo arrivati, c'erano due capelli nel bagno, uno nel bacino e uno sul rim del bagno. Grosso. Non ci lamentavamo bc non sembrava proprio di valore. Questo sembrava status quo. Il colazione era piuttosto buono, quindi era un fatto rimborsabile. I bambini amavano la piscina. La palestra era molto piccola e così calda, sembrava che tu fossi li' per il yoga caldo. Le chiavi della stanza non funzionavano mai, quindi quasi ogni volta che abbiamo lasciato la nostra stanza, dovevamo tornare al divano di fronte per avere la chiave riattivata. Un paio di camere doveva chiamare la manutenzione e abbiamo visto prove di strumenti di manutenzione in tutto l'hotel. Le porte si sono chiuse a voce alta. Sembrava un grande lavoro in corso e non ha fatto per un soggiorno rilassante o piacevole. Abbiamo pagato qualcosa come $179 per notte, ma sembrava che $89 fosse stato più appropriato per la qualità dell'hotel.

Quality Inn, Quality Inn, Quality Inn, what can we say about this location? Staff is very friendly and has great customer service. We checked in room 104 at 8:30pm,front desk was great, and again at check out excellent front desk. Nice, clean property, and inside clean too. Now, the area around hotel not the best but the hotel itself makes the area neat, clean, and quiet. We will be back in the future and recommend anyone in shreveport need a place to stay for a night, go straight to Quality Inn.

My daughter and I just checked in to the Comfort Inn and Suites in Shreveport, La. Near I-20. They have a lot of rules about what guests should do, but they have a little work they need to do. When we entered our room, there was a musty smell in the room, but the AC was on. We saw a stain in the floor and thought it might be from that, but it seemed like the stain was something wasted that was permanent. So we went to turn the AC up, assuming that it had just been turned off and saw the nasty vents and broken grill on it. We shut the AC off since the room was already cool. We are going to notify the front desk when we go out. Thank goodness we are only here for two nights. This hotel was given a 4.2 star rating. The front desk staff was nice when we entered and the other areas of the hotel appear to be nice. This is the only reason I am giving it a 3 star rating.

La stanza era abominabile! Anche con il basso tasso di notte che ho ottenuto, era orribile! Se è questo che Wyndham vuole rip, è arrivato a un nuovo basso! Vediamo dove comincio: il telefono era completamente morto per me per informare che la TV non funzionava E che la TV remota non aveva indietro per tenere le batterie in. Quindi ho dovuto andare all'ufficio dove gli uomini di manutenzione appena accadde. Vengono a ”fixare” la TV, che aveva la foto più granulosa che abbia mai visto, mai! Alcuni canali erano così cattivi che non potevo nemmeno guardarli. Il loro ”riparare” per la mancanza di una copertina di batteria era prendere un chiaro nastro di imballaggio e involgere Il più bello per la fine, come il giorno dopo, quando andai a fare una doccia, ho notato che il porcellano nel doccia era un po' marcato come se fosse 30 anni, al punto di essere disgustoso guardare, MA, tenere il respiro, Poi noto che molti capelli si sono bloccati al fondo del tubo, DELLE ALTRE SERVE UMANE! GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! OMG! Ho dovuto lavarmi e lavarmi per ottenere quei capelli neri corti di digerenza fuori dal tubo, così potevo prendere una doccia e ottenere il F fuori dal fosso di una stanza! Ho delle foto da documentare se sei anche interessato!? Non posso nemmeno dare all'hotel uno su dieci!

First off I want to thank God for placing me at the Hampton on Monkhouse drive. I had a pipe burst in my attic on January 23, 24 and through my home owners insurance, I was place there for temporary stay. I had many other things that had already happened and I was very overwhelmed, but when I tell you when I got there I felt right at home. The staff from the manager of the property on down to the housekeeping staff and the ground keepers were very nice and helpful. They displaced hospitality from the time I we were there to our departure on February 15, 24. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff there, they accepted me and my family. I am forever grateful to them all. If you are just looking for a hotel to just stay at, then I suggest you go somewhere else, but if you’re looking for a hotel stay to make you feel right at home, I highly recommend the Hampton on monkhouse drive, thank you all again for your warmth.
