Arrived at guest house early as we were attending a wedding elsewhere, the owner was very helpful in receiving us early and arranging for a taxi to take us to the wedding. The Guest house rooms were quite nice and very cleaning well equipped, excellent walk in shower. The breakfast the following morning was very good..

Easy access and very comfortable bed.
Bedroom walls and ceiling adorned with cobwebs which had certainly had a home for a while. I don't have huge expectations at a low price as running a business is tough. A feather duster over the walls costs nothing. Replacing a rusty bin costs little.
Unfortunately thin walls meant I was kept awake by next-door neighbours and they weren't having fun.
Convenient location and comfortable bed made it ok.
A little effort could make this place so much better.

Really disappointing stay. Lovely host , dirty guest house. Cobwebs , mould , stained pillow protecters , hairs on the towels. If we had t travelled so far from home we wouldn’t have stopped the night. Don’t recommend for the price paid!

Amazing stay, the best breakfast I have had in a long time! Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and welcoming.
Thank you for a great stay. We will defiantly be back to stay again if we return to Scotland.

Lovely rural area yet convenient, by car, to Glasgow, Edinburgh. Basically Lanarkshire and Ayr.
Fantastic and helpful host who really cares about the property and his guests.
Thank you for a relaxing 1st night stay and hearty breakfast to set us off on our whirlwind tour.
