The hotel was great with amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms are spacious enough but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Not enough space to even move around.

Sian is the restaurant that we dropped by. The food was delicious and excellent hospitality by staff members specially Trishna taken care of us well. Would love to come back for another occasion. Lovely food, lovely staff. Egg fried rice, tossed chicken noodles must to try………

Every year we plan vacation and fail to book in time and ultimately land within Chennai. This year too no exception! Thanks to the entire team at OMR Vivanta for their tandem cooperation and service. The products are eco consciously made great beginning. You should offfer discount to guests who prefer non shower bath option.Reducing wastage of water. Water saved is water conserved. Special mention to Senthil at Front Dedk. At the food spread you may add traditional South Indian delicacies, be it sweets or savoury. Keep up the Good work

There was a wonderful stay at Taj Vivanta Chennai Mr. Sarat from reception was very helpful. Even I was new to Chennai he explained me the best routes and guided very well.about the food chef santo he prepared a lovely food for my kids they really liked it

Well I had a very delightful experience in the Vivanta Chennai I'm really impressed by the services in the hotel.the location is very good the ambience is very good. Mr. Sarat and mr. Surendran at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty .

Vivanta as a hotel offers great service! The most pleasurable part of the service is the food and service at Mynt. I took my two mothers for a belated Mothers Day. Chef Santo and Deepa presented a beautiful impromptu chocolate cake to celebrate Mother’s Day! Hariom, Trishana, Apeksha, Sneha and Suhasini served us with patience, smiles and grace! The food was delicious and the fish curries were “ to-die-for…” All in all a very memorable day made by all Vivanta staff with their personal touch and care! Way to go Vivanta staff!

Beddings were dirty. Replaced when asked for. Breakfast was being served as if it was being fed for free. Very poor experience. Breakfast experience really bad. Even though child bed included, first response is always, that will be chargeable. Only when you remind, they say "Let me check". What did you do before responding first time?
