Four Seasons Resort and Residence Anguilla

Just back from enjoying 6 nights at the resort. Upon arrival, greeted with some rum punch and an upgrade from two separate rooms into a two bedroom suite which was great for our group of six. The room had a great kitchen area, dining area, sitting/tv area and outdoor patio with a beautiful view of Meads Bay Beach. Your able to order some groceries through the concierge or I would recommend you ask your driver on the way from the airport to stop at the french wine store and the grocery store if you want to have some supplies in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the food and had breakfast at both Salt (buffet only) and at the Bamboo Bar & Grill (a la carte). For lunch, the food was good poolside but we definitely enjoyed the Half Shell Beach Bar area the most. The staff there were awesome! At night, we did a bit of off-site dining, but also loved the Sunset Lounge for sushi and the live music and views. Our young adult kids made use of the tennis and basketball courts and we also enjoyed the fitness area. The concierge was great in helping us to move around some dinner reservations and also helped us rent a Moke for half a day to drive around and see some of the other beautiful beaches and the Arch. Snorkeling Tip: The snorkeling along the cliff just under the Sunset Lounge is spectacular, you'll feel like your swimming inside an aquarium, especially if you get 50 - 100 yards out along the cliff and in amongst the coves. Great place to go with a family group!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Anguilla was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff and their dedication to guest satisfaction. Upon arrival, my partner realized he left an iPad Pro in the airplane seat back pocket. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve it, keeping us informed throughout the process until we eventually got it back. We rented a car during our stay, and every time we left the property, the attendants ensured we traveled with towels and water. This thoughtful touch was much appreciated and exemplified the attention to detail that permeated our experience. The bar scene was vibrant, with live music every night. Despite being packed, the staff made an effort to stop by our table, making us feel like we were catching up with old friends. Their genuine enjoyment of their work and pride in treating guests well was evident. One notable incident occurred on our last day, a Sunday, during a chaotic breakfast service. We were initially seated at an unprepared table and then returned to the waiting area. After a table was finally ready, we got up to get food from the buffet, only to find someone else seated at our table upon returning. The staff quickly and efficiently resolved the situation and were genuinely apologetic for the mishaps. While this place is undeniably expensive, it is worth every penny! The staff truly make the Four Seasons Anguilla what it is, handling both smooth and challenging situations with grace and professionalism. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to experience top-tier service and a memorable stay.

The Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel, and has lots to do. It is bustling with activity without feeling overcrowded. We came to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We were upgraded to a beautiful, ocean view suite with a plunge pool, which we enjoyed every night. We also enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, the two beautiful pristine beaches and all three excellent restaurants. Christa welcomed us at check in to the resort, and helped to ensure that our every need was met for the entire trip. She was kind enough to send to our room a beautiful, heartfelt card she’d written and champagne to celebrate our anniversary, She also made sure to greet us with her beautiful, kind smile every day while staying there which was a great start to each day! Christa’s kindness above all, made our stay truly memorable. She is an asset to this resort, and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding service, generosity and thoughtfulness. When we left she sent us off will another truly sweet, handwritten note and some island mementos she had picked out so that we’d remember our stay there. She outdid herself, and when we remember our trip she will always be first and foremost in our memories for her thoughtful, generous, kind spirit. Thank you Christa for making our stay and anniversary so special! You are such an asset to The Four Seasons and they’re lucky to have you and we were so fortunate to have spent our trip with you. We were particularly fond of the Beach that is home to Half Shell. It’s a little bit of a hidden gem. Daniel was a very kind host and we enjoyed the conch fritters and ceviche and Pina Coladas very much. Nordel was fantastic! The days that he was there, there was nothing that we wanted that he didn’t immediately provide for us along with his huge, friendly smile! The beach is absolutely pristine, with its crystal clear blue water. The water also was as warm and as calm as bath water which made for a great snorkeling experience and excellent swimming conditions. On a side note, it would be great to have some more snorkeling gear available and umbrellas. There is also a lot of beach front, so personally I preferred when Nordel was kind enough to set our umbrella apart from the others. It’s nice to have a bit of privacy. Since there were a lot of honeymooners and people like us celebrating their anniversary, I preferred the privacy to Meads Bay. Unfortunately, while Nordel’s service was outstanding, his counterpart I cannot say the same for. Please reach out for further details. I don’t think it is a reflection of the staff or hotel jn general, just this particular individual whose behavior and service were really not acceptable especially at a luxury resort and very disappointing to experience on our last day. I hate to call someone out, but on the other hand it is unfair to the rest of the staff who were also visibly upset and working to pick up the slack, to let one staff member tarnish such an otherwise excellent experience. Just home from a magical week in Anguilla and I don't even know where to begin with my praise for the Four Seasons. We booked a 1 BR ocean suite and were upgraded for free to a massive, 2 bedroom, 3 bath ocean RESIDENCE, complete with living room, dining room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, expansive balcony with a swinging bed, lounge chairs, dining set up - and I have to admit we used every inch of it! Such a major luxury for us!! The Four Seasons staff is beyond compare - each and every person from concierge, wait staff, bartenders, beach team, spa personnel, grounds crew, bell hops, and last but definitely not least, the housekeeping crew - each one of these beautiful people always greeted us with a smile, a how is your day, a hope you're enjoying your time here, etc. There was the slightest hiccup on our last night - Salt had run out of my husband's drink of choice - and we were comped our ENTIRE MEAL for this minor inconvenience. I protested saying that was not necessary, but they insisted. Service like this doesn't come along often and I've stayed at some of the best around the world. The Anguillans are truly special people. We wanted for nothing our entire stay. We ate at Salt 3x (my favorite), Sunset Lounge 1x, Bamboo 2x and even ordered room service a few times to take advantage of our massive residence. We each had a massage which was heavenly. We also enjoyed 3 nights of Omalie 360 entertainment and nightly sunsets. I really cannot say enough good things about the Four Seasons. I've never been to Cap but I can't imagine it's better than this experience.

We visited Four Seasons Anguilla in May 2024 for my wife' birthday week. We had an amazing time. The staff went over and beyond to make our trip memorable and one to remember for our lives. We would like to extend special thanks to Jordan, Tay, Diego and everybody else who helped rectify a small issue immediately and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The staff had a very keen attention to detail. A very special thanks to chef Emmanuel to help us with our dietary needs and making us custom vegetarian options multiple days. Can't say enough good things about Four Seasons Anguilla. Thanks again.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Anguilla for my birthday and it was by far the best experience ever. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, the rooms are beautiful, updated, the food is absolutely delicious no matter if you have an apetizer or a full meal. the view is breathtaking. The hotel is worth every penny charged.

We honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is top notch as was the staff. We could have never left the resort and had a blast the entire time.

Amazing resort, incredible amenities, staff was 11/10 - which is not always the norm on islands! We loved our stay. We spent many evenings at the Sunset Lounge (bar) taking in the views and vibes. Beaches were lovely. Facilities were impeccably well kept.
