Had a pathetic experience here. Starting from the service to the cleanliness to every single thing here was worse. As soon as we entered the hotel the lady in charge literally ordered us to pay the remaining amount which is to be paid at time of check out. Second bad experience was the room- no curtains, broken rod fallen on the floor, dirty mattress, dirty mats, dirty pillows without pillow covers. I didn't even feel like touching anything around me in that room. When we asked them for pillow covers they brought it after almost 2 hours after repeated reminders. We asked them to fix the curtains because there was too much light falling in the room. They kept dodging us till next day and it never happened. We ended up sleeping in a room full of street light. Room service phone never works. We once asked for dinner at room service (which I regret now), they just brought the food in plastic bags. And we asked for plates. Then they bring dirty unwashed plates. It just gets worse. Bathrooms are in very bad condition. No hangers, no proper taps or flush. When we asked the service guy why is everything out of place his answer was "yahan pe aisa hi hota hai madam" Ughh! One bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this place. There was not even an apology from the hotel management for the poor experience!

Very Nice hotel, very lavish room. Room is Neat and clean. Loketion is very good. Very Near of shree saibaba temple. Big parking, 24 Hours hot water avelebal., very good service.staff also good and polite. School hotel peaceful place.....

"My stay at the hotel sai kamal was truly fantastic! The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of all the major attraction in the cities like saibaba temple, waterpark etc. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my check in and check out process smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the Complementery breakfast, which offered veriety of delicious options. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for excellent location, cleanliness and outstanding staff".

Perfect for families and groups! 👌 The location is perfect, just a 3 mins walk from Gate #3 of the Shirdi temple, making it super convenient for devotees. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a luxurious feel—much better than what you’d expect in this price range.

Recently visited shirdi and planned to stay in hotel Sai kamal. No cap it was best decision to stay here. Saw that it was recently renovated and the experience was awesome. Stay was good, staff members were supportive and polite. Ample parking space was there and it was just 2 mins walkable distance away from temple. I would suggest that, you must experience once.

One of the best hotel to stay in shirdi, it is very closed from sai baba temple, room is very clean and attractive, hotel staff also very helpfull give good servicess,hot water also availabel in erly morning, cab system available, i am very happy and thanks hotel sai kamal staff for make my journy happy...

Absulately excellent and well recommended for comfort and convenience!!The food was delicious and hygienic.the staff was courteous and always ready to assist, making the experience even better.the bathroom were also very clean and modern, which added to the overall comfort.one of the best part is its location! Sai Kamal hotel truly impressed me with it's deliteful ambience and commendable service! amazing restaurant food teast,hotel workers and their nature is very polite.This place is only 5 mins waking distance from the main Sai Baba temple.everything is super good!!! One of the best beautiful hotel I have ever been to.kind, warm welcoming and generous staff.I am very happy and will definitely come back again ,really nice to stay.Definitely a good choice for anyone visit Shirdi.

Location is good.The staff quite courteous and helpful.Food was excellent,room and all amenities are very well,i like everything.good property near to temple 2m walkable distance , value of money.excellent hospitality at this hotel.l highly recommend this hotel!stay in the property has been a great and lovely experience. definitely We will stay again.
