I am a food guy and this hotel is a top noch in gastronomy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Homage, a grand dining room that’s all high ceilings, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, dazzling chandeliers and Ionic columns. Happily it’s not a case of style over substance: there’s a lavish buffet with plenty of hot options every morning and, at other times, dishes such as chicken ballotine, smoked aubergine, kale and pumpkin seed praline. Ms.Rahimi kian who is in charge of tours is a professional and maverick.Congratulations to the hotel management by hiring this priceless employee. We met Ghajar house and Perspolis during our stay in Shiraz.Thanks Ms.R.Rahimi Kian for everything.
