"The hotel's location was fairly easy to find. However, since the lobby is on the third floor, the ground floor didn't quite look like a hotel entrance, and I almost walked right past it. The room was well-equipped, featuring two large beds, a small round table, and chairs. The space was generous, and it was spotlessly clean. It's also very convenient for exploring nearby attractions – a big plus!"

"It is a 5-minute walk from Shingu Station. There is a convenience store and a supermarket nearby. There are not many hotels in Shingu, so the options are limited, but this hotel is a normal business hotel. They changed the pillows, brought blankets, and were very kind. However, the walls were thin, and sometimes I could hear noise from the next room."

"Very good value, they offer a free breakfast although the good choice is limited. They also introduce restaurants nearby so it is easy to find one for dinner. There is also a supermarket on the opposite so it is easy to get some food/drink in case needed."

"This hotel is a good distance from the Kumano Kodo, but is really the only place to stay at this point in the journey. The staff were professional and kind, but did not answer the phone when we called to be picked up, so we ended up having to pay for a taxi ourselves. The onsen baths were also not working, but they gave us a discount for this and drove us to another hotel which provided a great experience. The village around the hotel is a beautiful place for a stroll in the evening."
