Rwally kind and gentle hospitable staff san . And breakfast is good . And i pike the location too

Pretty basic room but came with all the amenities and breakfast, although for the price, could use a bit of a refurb.

Location 8/10: A little too far from the JR station, where the buses and the taxi stations are. Staff: Very polite, very helpful. Facilities: i can't smell cigarettes residues, but i can definitely feel it on the blankets, kind of sticky. Luckily, there are fresh sheets. The blankets are a little overkill for summers anyway. individual showers plus bath tub, toilets. Although it's a little small, but it gets the job done. You also got free TV, with movies and stuff, BTW, people with kids might need have more parental control over the remote.

It’s excellent that the hotel provide breakfast at early morning at 6:30am as it let me drive to Komano Hongu Shrine very early in order to avoid traffic and easy parking. If it were not that early, driving to the Shrine would be long traffic and long parking waiting time.

Less then 10minute walk frm JR station the semidouble bed is actually super single bed so for two person hummm nothing much can i say…they provide free buffet breakfast and it so good

酒店位置非常便利，靠近車站，適合旅客出行和觀光。酒店提供的早餐種類豐富，味道很好，能滿足不同口味需求，是一天美好行程的開始。房間整潔舒適，隔音效果不錯，晚上非常安靜，可以安心休息，睡眠質量高。服務人員態度友好，熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。周邊設施齊全，生活便利，整體性價比很高。無論是短期停留還是長時間旅行，都是一個不錯的選擇！

酒店是那種老式的日式旅館，比較老舊。當時沒有更多的選擇就訂了這家，但早歺還蠻好的，很日式傳統的那種。現燒現做的。

服務人員很親切，又有免費的洗衣機烘衣機可用，早餐樣式不多，但可以吃飽，屬於家庭式料理。對於剛走完熊野古道的旅人非常方便，巷口有全家便利店。到新宮的旅遊景點走路都可到達。是一間不錯的酒店

酒店里常見的設備都有，只不過唯獨少了最重要的洗手液。因為這個所以打了三分。酒店還是蠻乾淨衛生的，只不過木地板有的部分有些凸起，地面上有些油漬。辦理入住的時候已經晚上12點多鐘了，辦理入住的老爺爺十分熱情。(在會日語的情況下)不知道在對待其他外國人態度怎麼樣。但是老爺爺是真的好。

房間小，洗手間小，但都還挺乾淨，早餐是家常的米飯、味增湯、咖喱牛肉、麪包、小菜、生雞蛋等，味道也挺好的。 要吐糟的是床和被子，床墊是老式彈簧床，一個人翻身整個床都跟着晃，被子是薄薄化纖的，住了兩晚都沒睡好。很少訂房間踩雷，可能新宮地方太小，酒店設施不夠。

設備はレトロな昔のビジネスホテル‼️ ドアもオートロックではなく、その都度、鍵を開け締めする必要あり💦 ただ、無料で提供される朝食は、バイキング形式で、無料とは思えないボリューム❣️ とっても美味しくてお得感いっぱいで、お腹もいっぱい👍 満足のサービスでした❣️

一點半左右到，有空房即整理讓我放行李。 早餐豐盛，和食為主，但咖啡和麵包也有一定水平。 走熊野古道滑倒手臂扭傷發炎，前台當班的歐吉桑認真的幫我找附近的骨科診所。週一中午病患多，診所無法在短時間幫我看診。我跟當班的歐吉桑要冰塊冰敷，他卻拿了冰敷袋給我。非常感動也感謝！
